They took great care of our dog and groomed him the day he was to come home. We really like this place.

Took my Scottie to Grand Paws today. They are so good with his grooming and take such great care of the animals. Bailey and her crew are so good to work with.

Anytime we go on vacation we take our cats here. The staff is very caring and loving. They play with the animals along with pet them. I once talked to an older women in their lobby and she said she called them everyday to check in on her cats. They staff really cares about your animals and love taking care of them.

This place trimmed my dogs nails faster than I could fill out the paperwork. You can tell they love animals. I used to take my dog to a vet to get her nails trimmed. This place did a better job. I would highly recommend them.

The employees took care of our cats and welcomed calls to check on them. The environment isn't "Grand" but it is quite adequate. Also, they are reasonably priced for good overall care. My wife and I have recommended this facility to dog owners in particular as they specialize in canine care.

My dogs grooming was ok, but nothing special. When I got there to pick him up, he ran to me like he was running for his life. For the next couple of days every time I reached to pet him he would cower like he was going to get a snack (weird and out of character for him). Also had nervous diarrhea for the next 4 days, also strange character for him. He was there 5 or 6 hours, but when I got him home he drank an entire bowl of water, so I have to think that he wasn't given a drink the entire time he was there. I won't be taking my little friend back as I don't think that he had a good experience there. He is a very sweet boy. I have no way to prove any abuse, I only hope that they weren't mean to him.

We left our two dogs with them for a week while we went on vacation. Our dogs were happy when we dropped them off and very happy and healthy when we picked them up. Thank you Grandpaws for caring for our furbabies.

Have received top care and attention for my dog for over 10 years. Very caring and professional, whether for grooming or boarding. My dog waltzed right in everytime, tail wagging! ❤ All employees are kind, caring, animal loving people!
