Kind, caring, up to date, professional. Took fantastic care of my dogs. Spayed my chihuahua, gave immunizations to her. Performed dental care on my standard poodle. Gave her immunizations. Trimmed their nails. Brought both gals out to my van for me. I can’t thank them enough!!!

We recently came back here after a few years away and we are so glad we did!!!! They are always SO friendly, very responsive and was so nice to be able to schedule an appointment. They kept on time, the doc called us to discuss our pups plan of care, answered all of our questions (which were a lot since our dogs are like our children!) and we never felt rushed. We were presented with different options and scenarios which helped us to make decisions on his care and the best game plan moving forward. I felt that all the care was in the best interest of our pup. We will definitely be bringing our other little guy here when he’s due for follow up as well!

Be forewarned that it is the policy of this establishment that you cannot be present while the doctor examines your pet. I did not stay for my appointment, after discovering this. I wholeheartedly disagree with this policy. I asked outright to be allowed to remain during the examination and was told several times "that is just our policy" with no further explanation as to why, even when I asked why several times. In my experience, pets are calmer when their owners are with them. Just as importantly, I am paying a professional to examine my beloved pet. To be told that I cannot be there during the services I am paying for is simply outrageous. How do I know you are even doing the examination or giving the shots? How do I know that you are treating my pet kindly? I don't know that if I am not present, and to be asked for that kind of trust up front from a new client is unfair. I usually have very good conversations with the doctor during the exam, learning more about my pet's health. That is how you build trust and rapport with your new clients. Why are the doctors at this place avoiding that? I think it is shady to have this policy. I do not recommend this establishment for those reasons.

Avoid this place. It's awful and useless. Save your money and go to Boone.
Spent $200 for "wellness" exam only to get the weight, temperature and pulse, which my grandma can do better and it's free.
We were not allowed to be with pets during the exam and we know nothing about what was happening in the back. I don't even know if they really did the vaccination on my cats, or just left them there doing nothing and charged us another $200, who knows.

Very kind staff. They do not make you feel stupid at all with the questions you ask... They listen to you and were quick to take action.
Also, they DO let you be with your pet. I was just there today 11/29. Previously that was because of COVID-19 preventative measures in which we all did weird things.

I was extremely disappointed with the service provided by this vet. Firstly, I was not allowed to be present during the examination, which made me question whether a thorough examination was even conducted.

To make matters worse, the so-called wellness exam report was an utter disappointment. After repeatedly requesting a comprehensive report, all I received was a measly mention of my pet's weight and temperature. Seriously? Is that what I paid a whopping $400 for? It failed to address crucial aspects such as vaccinations, and there was no indication of thorough examinations for vital areas like the head, ears, eyes, mouth, thorax, abdomen, cardiovascular system, integument, or respiratory system.

Based on this lackluster report, I am left with reasonable doubts about whether my hard-earned money was spent on anything more than having my pet sit unattended for 20 minutes. This level of negligence and disregard for pet owners is utterly disheartening.

Green Paws is the best vet we've ever seen and due to COVID, I've only been able to talk to them on the phone! They're so great with our cats though, they're never skittish or uncomfortable when they come home like they used to be with Banfield. The doctors are honest and compassionate and the pricing is fair. I can't recommend them enough.

Been taking my cat and dog here for over three years. Unfortunately the service has gone down hill. The staff is unorganized, unprofessional. I asked for my cat’s test results to be email to me never received them. They lied told me they did, took over a month to get them. I brought my dog for a check up and they tell me they are going to muzzle him cause he is listed as aggressive are you kidding me?!? He is 20lbs and he just gave you his paw to greet you. This is of high concern to me as I don’t even know if they are keeping the records up-to-date or worse mixing up records with other animals?
