My wife and I were traveling from Michigan to Arkansas and the tire light came on in her car, even though they were extremely busy they took the time to quickly take care of the issue and get us back on the road. Very thankful for the quick and quality service we received. Thank you very much!

Customer service was excellent, I broke down in the Marion area, and several locals recommended Hales. They were awesome, it was during the week of Christmas, they got me in as quickly as they possibly could, and even gave me a ride two different times to pick up a rental car, and to get back from the rental car dealership. Awesome experience.

Excellent service! Fast! If you want it done right the 1st time, it’s worth the cost to use Hale’s for your automotive service. Stephan has always been upfront and honest! They towed my vehicle in and was able to get it fixed in only 2 days. Don’t use a shade tree mechanic, go to a trusted source and see the folks at Hale’s.

We were traveling from Tennessee to Colorado. When we got to Marion, we had no heat, and a coolant leak. Hales was recommended to us, so we went there. Even though they were super busy, they took great care of us. Replaced the radiator that wad shot, leaking, and got heater core unclogged. Also gave us a ride to hotel and back. We were on the road the next morning. Such great work, and such great people!

I made an appointment so I could have my truck back that day. All I wanted is front brake pads and check the wheel bearings while it was in the air. At closing time I got a call saying I need all new rotors, pads and a broken leaf spring. It would be fixed Friday for $3500. I said I just wanted new pads on the front. After him arguing with me they ended up changing me $500 for front pads.. After I picked up my truck the next day my rotors still look as new as they did last fall when I had new ones put on it. Back brakes that only have a few months on them still look great.

I want to thank Hales for getting my car in almost immediately to work on my issues. They were upfront and honest with me. They could've taken advantage of me and threw some parts on my car just to get money. I wouldn't have known any better and It would've made sense, however they informed me that my car started to run fine when they test drove it to recreate my issue. It may not be a big deal to people but I appreciate the efficiency and integrity of this company. Although I had to pay for the diagnostic fee, i done some looking around and theirs was the cheapest in my area so no harm done. They get six stars from me!
