The Happy Tails facility and staff are absolutely excellent. Linda does a fantastic job of providing a “home away from home” for our elderly dog. The facility is beautiful, squeaky clean and designed for each animal’s needs and comfort. Each animal receives top-notch care including the personal attention, activity level and love necessary to help them thrive while their family is away. Linda sends us photos of our dog each day which are always fun to view and reassuring. We highly recommend Happy Tails!

We have been taking our dogs to Linda for well over a year now. I cannot say enough about the service she provides and the cleanliness of this facility! She sends us pictures of our dogs while we are gone via text so that we can see how they are doing. We travel to Colorado several times a year and cannot always get back as soon as we plan. She is very kind and is always there for us when we return and has our dogs and their belongings all ready to go. Many other kennels we have utilized in the past left our dogs smelly and needing to be bathed as soon as we got home. Our dogs know her by name and get excited when we ask if they are ready to go stay with Linda! Linda truly loves the dogs that are placed in her care! They aren’t just a number to her! To us, this daycare is the very best that Quincy has to offer! 🐩🐶

Great clean facility! My dogs love it here. They get one on one attention and aren’t in a kennel the whole time. They also get to interact with other dogs. It’s like they are enjoying their own vacation while we are on ours. I never worry about them while away, as I know they are well taken care of. I highly recommend boarding your dog here.

Called the place three separate times and left detailed voicemails each time regarding wanting to talk with someone about the boarding services they offer. On last call I made I iterated that I attempted to message them thru their Facebook page and it gave an auto reply that you have to call them! So, I basically gave up. Received a call today from a young woman with a curt attitude who claimed she has been calling me back, but I don't have any calls on my phone, nor any voicemails. Then she says, well your voicemail is full, which is not the case either. I mention that it is a business line (which we may get one voicemail a year, since unlike this boarding place, we actually are responsive and answer our calls and not allow a customer to have to wait for days and three voicemails later to finally get back to them!), and she interrupts me to ask what my business is. I tell her and she answers in a very condescending way. Then she asks why I'm calling and if I'm wanting to sell her some products or something. WTH? I answer that I left three separate voicemail messages asking about their boarding services. She again, in a sarcastic tone, answers, "yes, I know". My thought at this point is, she is rude AND if you IN FACT, listened to the voicemail messages, then why are you asking me if I'm wanting to sell you something? She was argumentative and non-professional on the call, so much so, that coupled with the fact that this place is non-responsive with prospective customers who want to possibly use their services, I stated I would rather not even consider giving them my business. It's too bad that the business's approach to a new customer is like this, but I hope they see how it definitely hurts their business. Being responsive in a timely manner, returning phone calls promptly and being courteous and professional on the phone are the first impressions a customer has of a business. If you can't do those things right, it doesn't matter how good your product or service is, you've already lost the customer.
