Great vet and office. Our siamese girl had to visit for an issue I have taken her to another vet to try and solve several times. This is the first time I feel she was thoroughly looked over and our concerns were heard. I am confident that she will be on the mend very soon.
She also loved her trip there and purred the whole time in the cat only room, which is an amazing idea!!

This place, so far, is the best vet office I've experienced. AND the establishment doesn't stink like other vet offices.

PROs: Great staff from the time of my phone call to me leaving their place less worried. Friendly, compassionate, and they listened to our concerns. No wait time, no rushing around ~ pets sense these things and then the pets stress out. Great location. Plenty of front parking. Clean & organized place. Cost is less than other leading vet offices.
CONs: Cost is always a factor.

They had no problem handling our bad attitude & hissing Torty Calico, Cali (no photos of her). And this is the 1st vet Cali seemed to be comfortable with. The office staff called the next day to follow up on the cats. And then they called with results and recommendations.

I called Harmony Hills at 9:30 on Saturday morning for an issue with my dog, who was NOT their patient, and who they had never seen before. (My vet was closed) The gentleman that answered the phone asked questions , spoke to doc, and called me back and said, we can see you at 11:00am.

Doc and the tech were both amazing with my temperamental dog. Mack (my dog) loved them, and that says a lot! The care exceeded all expectations I had going in. I cannot express how amazing they were from the time we showed up, until we left.

Before leaving, I asked if we could switch Mack's ongoing care over to them. We scheduled his next appt, he got more love from the staff, and then came time for the bill... the scary part, right? Fitting me in on a Saturday, when we aren't their patient- exam, + medications- I was nervous to say the least!

Yeah- I was floored, it was half the cost of my regular vet- for a regularly scheduled appt. I expected 3 times the bill that I was presented. Nice surprise!

I didn't know yesterday, but discovered today that they are a family owned small business. I myself am a small business owner, and let me tell you, these guys have it figure out 🙂

Aaron is unfailingly helpful and gets our pups scheduled at our convenience. The techs are not only efficient but “love on” our boys, which makes visits much less stressful for all of us. We are grateful!

Highly recommend. I'm a new client here, my cat needed a new RDVM and I needed some help adjusting to his scary new health condition - urinary trouble. I'm a former vet tech but all my knowledge goes out the window when it comes to my own babies! The tech and doctor explained everything thoroughly and set us up for success. They were extra patient and gentle with my scaredy cat (he's just a big baby lol) and put my mind at ease. I would love to establish my other kitty here once I can afford it and take them here for the rest of their lives 🙏

Love Harmony Hill! I talked to them on a Friday bcz my dog was sick. They gave their suggestions and I did as they said through the weekend. He wasn’t better by Monday, and I showed up at their door at opening Monday morning big without an appointment and they had no hesitations in taking care of my pup! My dogs love Harmony Hill!
