UPDATE to my below review…Haven reached out immediately to clarify, apologize and attempt to rectify the below situation! I was so impressed with their prompt response and willingness to address my concerns!!! Thank you to the Haven team!!! ❤️

This is a mixed review. I LOVE the boarding and daycare services and definitely recommend Haven. I tried the spa service this past weekend and will start by saying the staff is wonderful. I feel like my dog was treated amazingly and the bathing service was great (he smelled so good and his coat was conditioned); however, I made a point to call out some matting around his collar when I dropped him off and had hoped they would attend to them but when we got home I realized he still had the matting so was a bit disappointed and need to either take him somewhere else to address or do myself.

We have been using Haven for over 2 years for our standard berniedoodle. He absolutely love it there. The staff are great and fantastic. We use daycare and boarding. Make your rezzos early as they do fill up during school breaks and holidays

Generally good dog grooming location as well as a doggie daycare. Location is a little confusing because the grooming is a few doors down from the daycare.

We left our dog for a couple of days and every time we would check the cameras, he was never there. We called and they said he needed some time out. We checked again and they put him in, but as soon as a group of dogs started playing and our dog joined, he got blamed for it and put in a room again. We were basically paying a crazy amount of money for some people who dont know how to deal with dogs or dont want dogs to play, to put him in a room alone and scared. They said he was being aggressive and it wasn't true, our dog is super sweet and he is constantly with other dogs and people. He was just targeted for being a pitbull and for wanting to play. The sad part is that he would go to the people who was putting him in a room to greet them and being sweet. Never coming back here, they cannot handle real dogs.

The staff was so warm and welcoming! Tracy did an amazing job grooming my little yorkie that's not so easy to work with! They did exactly as I asked! Definitely bringing him here from now on!

My large mixed breed dog Lucy received a beautiful mani-pedi, ears, wash and de-shedding at Haven today. She is a nervous dog but did very well and she looks absolutely beautiful. Thank you, Haven!

We've been taking our doggo here for a while and she absolutely loves it. She has a few FOMO issues and the team there has been able to work with her and her limits. They seem to take each dog's needs into account pretty well. We've used them for daycare as well as longer stays and she's thrilled when she figures out where we're taking her. Thanks to the whole staff for giving us peace of mind when we need a place to take her.
