Avoid this place if at all possible. Both the customer service and pet care was abysmal. Unfortunately, I had to board my dogs here after receiving notice of the death of a family member and needing to fly out within 24 hours. The staff approved my dogs’ vaccination status the day prior to drop off, but gave me conflicting information at drop off and had me sign a waiver for an annual vaccine despite the fact that it was still current. The next day I was asked to pay an additional fee for medication distribution and endured a series of three phone calls with various staff and management where I repeatedly had to explain that the multivitamin chew I had prepackaged with their meals was not prescription medication. Two days later I received two videos of my dogs who had been injured and were actively bleeding. The wounds on their noses had gotten progressively worse from day to day in the videos. Due to their business hours being restricted to 10am-2pm, we had to pay for an additional night as our return flight arrived later in the afternoon. The staff made no attempt to assist us in picking up the dogs outside of that 4-hour window. When I arrived for pick-up no one was able to explain how the dogs got injured, nor did they make any attempt to rectify the issue. We were given no information on how the dogs did while in their care, if they ate, pottied or drank properly. Anytime we were on the facility grounds other boarded dogs barked continuously and aggressively at us and no attempt was made by the staff to make it a hospitable environment for owners or pets. My dogs returned home exhausted, bleeding, dehydrated and hungry. Please avoid risking your pet’s health and safety here.

Nice facilities for boarding my dogs. Very friendly, knowledgeable & caring Staff. Clean facilities & well organized. They sent pictures of my dogs while I was away. My dogs were happy & well cared for when I returned. Looking forward to their new location & facilities in July 2024.

I’ve been stationed here 7+ years, and every time I travel stateside I leave my two dogs here since unfortunately bringing dogs in and out of Hawaii is a tedious process.

The staff is super attentive, has great communication, professional, respectful, and accommodating. These kennels have the best price point in comparison to other boarding services on the island and are exclusively available for military.

Our dogs always come home happy, and we know they enjoy all the other buddies they meet during their stay. I can’t stress enough how important it is to have a reliable kenneling service. I’ve heard of rover but quite frankly I prefer our dogs staying here because we’ve developed a relationship with the staff who goes above and beyond to care for our pups.

Dropped off our 2 pets, a 14 month old German Shepherd and a 12 year old cockapoo on 9 December. No health issues ever presented with either dog, both dogs had been housed here before. Received a phone call around 1500 on Thursday evening, the 12th of December that our German Shepherd had received a scratch on his nose due to trying to get at the dog in the kennel next to his and that they had been fighting. No other mentions of issues at that time, no concern or mention of further need for treatment simply an informative call. Received a phone call at 0700 on Friday morning that our 14 month German Shepherd was found dead. Was informed by the manager of the kennel that called that they would be paying for a necropsy to determine cause of death. Receive a text message an hour later from the manager, that they could not pay for the necropsy, but would take us to whatever facility we'd like to dispose of the remains/perform necropsy if we choose to do so at our cost. The misinformation after relaying our healthy german shepherd had died while in their care was unfortunate at that point. The kennel not having anyone on duty through the night to keep watch of the dogs is another issue of angst. The necropsy revealed a mesentric torsion was the cause of death. This can be treated if recognized and caught. Due to the time to death from beginning of this issue, and the time of the phone call you can easily assume the dog was already in stress and need of help whenever they had initially noticed something wrong with him. No follow up was done though, and again not having staff there overnight led to our pup dying in extreme, recognizable pain and alone. I have zero doubt in my mind whatsoever that our dog would still be alive if he had been at a different kennel and that's my fault. I will live with that choice for a long time.

Having just moved to the island, finding a place for my fur-baby to be taking care of, is essential. My husband & I left for a 4 day trip to the mainland and left our golden retriever in their care. My husband was skeptical as there was no air conditioned boarding and ALL kennels were outside in the heart with no beds or proper air flow. At the end of our trip as we were about to board our plane, we received a phone call and were told that we need to pick our dog up immediately. We explained that we weren’t on island and wouldn’t be until 4pm. The expressed that that they “didn’t care” and he needed to be picked up due to potential outbreak of kennel cough. Thankfully, we found someone to pick up our boy and noticed that he indeed have an intense cough. Took him to the vet and he tested positive for canine influence as well as another dog that was boarding at the same time as ours. This is the first reported case of canine influenza on the island of Oahu in 10 years despite my dog having the proper vaccinations as per our vet. Our vet explained that canine influenza can also be caused by unsanitary and unkept conditions. When we came home, we found maggots within our dog’s food container that we took to the kennel as well. Our previously healthy pup is now struggling and we also had to throw $90 food away despite an air tight container (never happened in our home). DO NOT RECOMMEND this kennel at all. Please do better!

Great place and people, my 100lb fur baby had a great experience. Standard kennel is perfect size with a nice private room partition at the rear. The kennel had an open section in the front that took up 80% of the kennel. The back 20% is a little room that has the fence covered to make it dark and comfortable. They have elevated outdoor rated beds and large stainless steel water bowls. Make sure your food container has a rubber seal, don't ignore this requirement. Great price and environment for you family member.

I had to ship my dog 3 weeks early to the island. The entire three weeks was full of panic hoping whoever was taking care of her was being nice to her. Once I picked her up and met Mallory and Dawn I immediately felt at ease and peaceful. My big girl was so good. I worried she would lose weight from the stress and anxiety and not eating. But she was as healthy as can be. And loved being pet by the staff. They were so friendly and forthcoming with information over the phone and in person. I will 100% be hiring them again and 100% recommend this establishment to anybody on the island in need of boarding. I am so pleased with this kennel.
