I boarded two dogs for eleven days. Booking was easy. Check in went smoothly, they ask a lot of relevant questions about your dog. Pick up was ok, slightly odd encounter. My dogs came out happy and looked cared for. I liked this kennel because I was able to board them together. I board very infrequently, but I would use them again.

This is my go-to kennel for my dog! Theo is a nervous dog who takes time to warm up to people. I am always so grateful to the staff because they are willing to take the time to earn his trust and work one-on-one with each dog to ensure they are given the love and care they need to really thrive while owners are away. I hate leaving my pup when traveling but when I have to, I know that Heartlund will take excellent care of him!

They take good care of our dog...they pick him up from the car, then deliver him back when we pick him up. There's a personal touch at Hartlund that the big kennel can't provide.

Our golden retriever loves Heartland. She's high, high energy acne gets lots of exercise; Very reasonable prices too. Would highly recommend to all dog owners for your fur babies.

if there's another place to board your kennel it shouldn't matter this is where your animal needs to go. Of course it's not like having them at home but it's as close as it's going to get the places impeccably clean the people are kind loving and caring my little guy experienced love from these people I will never be able to thank them enough for how great they are

We’ve been taken Shelby to Heartland Kennels since she was a puppy. They are the best. Alana and everyone that works there are so sweet and welcoming. We don’t have to worry about leaving her because we know she will be well taken care of.

Had such a great experience with Heartlund Kennels! One of my two dogs doesn't get along with all dogs, so he needs to be treated as non-social and be let out with only our other dog. We've ran into issues with another local kennel not following our instructions. Heartlund was happy to inform us that they only let dogs that come to together out together anyways, so we had no issues.

We were greeted at the car to help get the dogs out and into their facility. We were asked if they could have treats and peanut butter which you had to pay extra for at the other location. When we came home we were also greeted at the car and were surprised to see the dogs were bathed! That also costs extra at the other location. Plus they were sent home with a free treat bag.

Overall, we saved a couple hundred dollars for their stay and we felt they were treated exceptionally well at Heartlund. We would highly recommend them to anyone and will be coming back to them in the future.

My dog loves going here. He gets excited when we pull in. The staff comes right out to retrieve your pet from your vehicle at drop off and brings your pet out to the vehicle at pick up. Very organized process. My dog actually gets depressed about having to come home.
