If I could give them zero stars I would. Jody Lirette, Ramzy batty boy Bawady and Ann Marie cheeseburger Johnson, if you see any of those names run the other direction. These are horrible administrators who delighted in terminating people before Christmas, withholding pay from employees, and gossiping about coworkers, If you are hired by them good luck they will not train you at all. The employees all have bad attitudes, and are not team players. There are better jobs out there, don't waste your time with these low lives

The only thing I can say good about them is the cleanliness of the facility. They don't allow food inside, which is awful with the terrible food served, and the immature security they have on staff are just as ghetto-acting as the women that are fighting everyday. The police are constantly called, which looks bad on their part.

They work counter productive of the city of NY and should be excluded from dealing with finalizing any lease ups. Ny should cancel their contract and give this to HRA in-house strictly. They ruined an entire apartment lease up arraigned by the city of New York this agency. We shall see if it happens again as the management group has circled back around to offer another unit.

HELP USA. was a experience for me.. It does have good/bad issues.. I can say security guards help me tremendously..
Shelter life is not for everyone . I was bless to have good case workers n few friends.. I help make changes in the shelter I reside in Saratoga Ave n Bergen..

Do not use Help USA Because you will be disapproved of how they handle your case. I am a US veteran who fell on hard times and needed help with rent! I call for help. After I was given 6 different numbers to call and spoke with 6 different people only to find out that they would not help me because they don't help single people.

Help USA is horrible we are currently living in one of there Bronx apartment buildings and the property management is horrible my wife daughter and I have been attacked in our apartment and in the building numerous of times and Sheila Bennett refuses to help us when you call to ask to speak to someone above them it’s the same thing we been waiting on a transfer for 2 years with 6 orders of protections
