DONT COME HERE I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE I give them ZERO STARS ! They did everything they could wrong
for starters they failed to deliver the appointment I scheduled which was for a Monday for 8am which they obviously didn’t schedule me that time instead they scheduled me for Saturday 5:00pm which wasn’t even what I scheduled to top it off they was closed on that day what type of organization is this ?! you call yourself a clinic more like BS I will not come back here and I don’t recommend this place to anyone don’t waste your time

I recently went there with my friend . My friend went in with insurance and right away they said she would have to pay $800 upfront without giving any options or anything . The receptionist was arguing back and forth on the phone with what seemed like the manager or someone higher up. After the going back and forth she offered $500 and to pay half now and when coming back but the whole time she continued to say “ I can’t do that “ “ I was told we can’t do that “ I immediately recommend for us to go somewhere else because of how weird it felt that they were unsure about the policies . It’s already hard having to go through a tough situation. It shouldn’t be this hard and public to have people in the lobby know you do not have the funds for the appointment .

If I can give 0 stars I would. This place is very unprofessional on handling their patients who come into their doors. I came into the facility upon my appointment, they asked for my insurance card to “verify” if my insurance covers the cost and explained my insurance only covers $300 of the $800 procedure I needed to get done so I would have to pay $500 out of pocket. Which was odd because I then found out later that day they never reached out to my insurance provider as my insurance stated I was covered fully. The front receptionist then had me speak to their manager on the phone and the manager stated I can pay $250 now, then $250 on my next visit and apply for something that will get me reimbursed if my insurance allows it. Which made no sense and sounded sketch to begin with. I then gave the phone back to the front desk receptionist and told her I refuse to pay and she then started going back and fourth arguing on the phone with her manager being suspicious by telling her manager “I can’t do that, we are unable to do that” keep in mind all this was happening in the front lobby where everyone can listen as well. Wasting my time I left while she was mid argument on the phone with her manager and chose the right decision to go to planned parenthood where I didn’t have to pay out of pocket and was covered fully. Then to top it off I get a sketch phone call later that day at 8:30pm from a lady who works with hersmartchoice asking why I didn’t follow through with the cost and procedure. LMFAO BYE. This place is so sketch and unprofessional it’s sad. Don’t waste your time.
