We’ve been bringing our pets to Highlands Pet Medical for the past 2–3 years, and I can confidently say this is the best veterinary team we’ve ever worked with. What started with just one dog has now grown into a full fur family of three—and Highlands has been there for us every step of the way.

With dogs in completely different life stages—our oldest is 11, our youngest just 1—it’s been such a relief having a vet team that understands and tailors their care to each of their individual needs. Whether it’s senior wellness support, routine care for our middle pup, or puppy visits and vaccinations, they’ve handled everything with professionalism, compassion, and true attention to detail.

We have been taking our cat to Highland's for a long time. The techs Jan and Jen have been there the entire time. They are incredible and genuinely care about your pet! They take the time to listen and get to know you and your pet.
When our cat was diagnosed with diabetes Jan and Jen supported us through it all, and he was able to enter remission after just a few months.
We cannot thank them enough for everything they do! The whole team at Highland's is awesome.

We have been clients of Highland Pet Medical Clinic for close to 20 years.
All the veterinarians who have helped us have been knowledgeable and compassionate to our pets. What has kept us with Highland has been the staff. Our dog Boone has chronic health issues requiring frequent treatments from Highland’s staff, who are always so friendly and so patient with our dogs. Jan, who consistently does a great job, has been with Highland since our first visit, and has helped all our dogs, including one who could be rather difficult. We really appreciate the caring Jan and all the staff have showed for our dogs throughout the years.

Highland is a bit of a drive for us now, but we still make the trip. We have occasionally had to take Boone to other clinics, but we didn’t feel the love we feel with Highland.

I have been coming here for 15 years. Now with two new puppies. They have always taken great care of me and my dogs. Jan has been there the entire time and still remembers the name of my first dog. He is a fantastic tech as well. Nicole is my new vet and she has been great as well. Always eager to answer questions and provide advice. Can't say enough good things about this place.

We've brought our pets (cats and a dog) to Highlands for several years and are so appreciative of the entire veterinary team! The vets are caring, knowledgeable, and take the time to thoroughly answer any questions or concerns you might have.

We regularly go for technician appointments-- Jan and Jen have always been so kind and attentive, really putting my anxious pup at ease, and handling all of our pets with so much care. Jan and Jen have seen our pets through lots of different issues over the years and they are a core part of why we continue to go to Highlands!

Lauren at the front desk is also great, always taking the time to greet my dog and give him a treat (or two!) to help reduce his anxiety from the moment we get there. She's also very organized and quick to help with pharmacy refills or any needed records, etc!

We really couldn't be happier with the level of care the team provides our pets!

5 starts isn't a high enough money if honest. I came in scared, but hopeful and Dr. P took care of both my cat, Salem ( arthritis for him) and me (nerves for me) with complete success. It is not easy having this profession and grateful for everyone at this office. Thank you again from the both of us
