I only spoke to the owner on the phone, but she was SO helpful and knowledgeable. After taking the time to talk to me about what she offers, she asked me about my dog and my situation. It turns out there is a dog daycare that is much closer to my job, and since I'm already commuting, she thought it might make more sense for me. How awesome is that? I wish her kennels made sense for me because I would have dropped my Lucy off there with no hesitations or worry, and will definitely recommend Hilo Kennels to anyone. I was just so impressed with her professionalism and how much she truly cares for the animals. Your dog will be home if you take it here, it's easy to see why they're successful.

It is so awesome to have a safe place for our 3 Chihuahuas to stay while we travel. David & Jenipher love our dogs almost as much as we do. Highly recommend Hilo Kennels!

We have had remarkable RESPONSIVE returning our call also answer my call when i check up on nibbles. RELIABLE with Hilo Kennel for our weekend from waikoloa.
Nibbles would stay couple days at a time & very well taken cared of.
