Excellent. I had anticipated it being hectic and a long wait. Instead, I was able to book an appointment online within 45 minutes of when my doctor told me to go to urgent care. I saw other good reviews and decided to go to the Hoag urgent care. There was no wait. No one in the waiting room, even though it was Saturday morning. A physician assistant came in promptly and did what was needed.

As usually Hoag Urgent Care comes thru again. They are top choice in health care. They are there when your primary physician is unable to see you and provide the care you would get if you had your own concierge doctor but aren’t paying the price tag. I always feel I and my family are getting the best treatment and don’t have to worry that something is going to be seriously missed or over looked. Thank you to the Staff, Doctors , PA , NA , and all that keep us safe and well!

My doctor Tom was so good! I went in very nervous after being sick for a month and a half but he helped calm my nerves, connected to me on a personal level, listens to my wants and need, was very kind, was very intelligent about what he was talking about, and he seemed to genuinely care about my well being ALL within 5 minutes! I would seriously recommend him to anyone in need of help and I will be returning any time I have a problem!!!

This urgent care is fantastic. They are fast, efficient, friendly and highly competent. This is the third time I’ve been there and every visit has been exceptional. Tom, the PA is knowledgeable and kind. I was in and out of there for today’s appointment, including X-rays , in about 30 minutes. Excellent service!
