I absolutely love, love , love this place!! Just moved to the KV area as I am originally from KC and wish we had a place just like this! My doggo, Moose absolutely LOVES this place so much we actually take him just to perk up his spirits!! Doggo’s deserve stay cations just like us humans!! I really can’t thank Hound Around hotel enough for taking such loving care of our MOOSE!! I’ve even made multiple Tik Toks of dropping off Moose as he knows when we are 2 miles away where we are headed and the moans and whimpering begins!! At drop of Moose is smiling ear to ear!! Really this place is beautiful just like the owners and others whom work there!!! What a BLESSING you all are!! If you haven’t taken you beloved pup what are ya waiting for!!! Thank you again for loving Moose just like we do!!

I highly recommend Hound Around. The staff is so kind, so caring, and so energetic. We know our Larsky is getting everything he needs while there. We have had to do a few last minute bookings with them, and they are always so accommodating. This last week we had a family emergency that turned his stay from three days to seven days. I had no worries that he wasn’t getting exactly what he needed. They were able to handle the food (since I only prepared for a few days), gave him his bath, and loved on him for us. Very kind and personable women- for my dog and for me. I can’t thank them enough.

Great place with such nice people. They take great care of our 4 dogs without any issues. The only slight problem I had was my own mistake. I was really confused about where to go once I got there. The hotel is very far down the driveway, behind the house and then to the right through a large gate. Again, that's not their fault, but wanted to explain in case anyone else gets confused. Very affordable. Highly recommend!

My dog is socially awkward, and this is about the only place she gets interaction with other dogs. They pay really good attention to what she can and can’t manage.

I was very blessed to bring my 2 dogs there when I lived in the area. There is plenty of land for the dogs to run. One of my dogs is very active and needed some prompts for his reactive barking and they are great with this. This is a great place for large "alpha" type breeds of dogs as the staff is very capable of handling them. Very reasonable rates, too!

We have taken our dog to Hound Around Hotel several times and he is always so excited to be there and play with the other dogs. Janine and staff are so pleasant, professional, and very reasonably priced. Our dog comes home so happy!
