We had an emergency and had to find a place while he went in the hospital. This place was amazing. They were so helpful Caring and understanding and very professional. The place is beautiful like a Puppy Wonderland we felt so good leaving our precious girl in their hands. They’re very understanding and flexible. They even sent pictures to my uncle while he was in the hospital so he could see his puppy playing with other dogs, which meant So very much to us God bless this place and the people that work there thank you very much !!!💕💕❤️💋🙏🥰

I can’t recommend this place enough! Ever since I brought my beloved four-legged friend, Tasha, into our life, I’ve been on the lookout for a place where I can truly relax and know she’s in caring hands while I’m on vacation. At first, I was really worried, but seeing Tasha’s happy pictures playing with her furry friends eased my mind completely. It's such a relief to know she’s having a wonderful time. I’m already looking forward to our next trip, knowing that Tasha will be safe and happy at Hounds Town. Thank you all for the amazing work you do—it really means the world to pet owners like us!

Our 4 leg son, Ash, just loved spending the day at Hounds Town in Gaithersburg. He played and had fun with the most friendly dogs and caring humans in a very safe and nice environment. It is a thumbs up for him and for us!

My Zeph is happy there. Looks forward to going to meet with his Houndstown USA dog buddies (and the workers - he loves them too). He cannot to wait to hop in the car whenever I say “we’re going to see the doggies!” He’d drive over himself - if only he could. My Zeph is happy - I’m happy! Your doggy might well be happy, too!

I have used them a few times before. The people are usually pretty nice and the price isn’t bad. Well, last time my dog had pee on her which I brushed off and gave her a bath when I got home. This time I left my dog here for about 5 days. I just picked her up today and he has poop all over her ( and this is after I notified them and she gave her a “rinse”) then I look at her face and she has a scratch and her mouth is really red and peeling. Her paws look like she was chewing on them which is what she does if she has to use the bathroom bad and no one attends to her. She is potty trained so I’m not sure why she has poop on her. I tip very well when I go here so I expect the service to be outstanding. Smh unfortunately this was not the case this time. I have called them several times today but they did not answer. Yes, before 1 which is when they close on Sundays. So there is no reason for them not to andwer. Please be careful taking your dog here.

I am super impressed with Hounds Town Gaithersburg. First, the staff are all welcoming, knowledgeable, and clearly care for dogs. Two, the facility is top notch compared to many kennels I've used/visited before. Clean, and visually appealing. Three, I'm impressed with how they manage the dogs. 5 play areas (not your typical 1 or 2), dogs separated by size, temperament, confidence. From breakfast to bedtime, the dogs play and socialize (unless your dog isn't social) - interaction and exercise I want for my pup when I have to leave him behind. Hounds Town appears to have figured out doggie day care and kenneling, at reasonable/competitive pricing.

I just realized it will almost be an entire year that my pup Sophie has attended houndstown. I love that everyone that works in the Daycare is always happy to see the pups coming in( I mean who can have a bad when you get to hangout with pups all day). Sophie gets all excited about three blocks away in the car when she realizes where we are going. I love the fact that they will come pick Sophie up in a pinch when she gets stuck with me at work. I absolutely trust Rich and his team when Sophie is in their care. She comes home happy, sleepy, and possible a few ounces lighter. The benefits of houndstown- great location, easy parking, great staff, great safety training, cleanliness. The only con I can think of- is Rich might need another location soon. Once everyone finds this hidden jim Houndstown might out grow their facility.

Gigi always has a great time at Hounds Town! She plays with friends, gets lots of lovin’s, and comes home all fresh & clean at the end of the visit!
