I can’t believe I stayed on phone for 2 hours and options to get call back? And leave messages is there anyone answering phone or listening to voice messages it’s a shame maybe it’s a vote to get new workers I will try to investigate it more maybe because they have no disabilities and they don’t care maybe they just working for pay and not about helping it’s so frustrating they even hanged up when I had a schedule to interview and never answered phone again and no call backs are you all enjoying this.do I keep finding rides up to meet in face I did few times I seen a state car in handicap stall so I think it’s not handicap friendly why are you like this do you hate your job? You can’t stand people trying to get help especially single parents with kids and a disability that they didn’t choose. Please be more compassionate and mindful whatever you are dealing with in life it’s not good to sit in office without helping others that really need it.

Never answer cell phone, never call back on messages.. If we need something just ask, we have to drive 30-40 minutes from Kona and 80% you still will not get answer..Just don't understand why is it like this, we really need help.. and we cant get it, its just so sad(
