A couple of months ago, I contacted Imber to schedule services that were originally purchased through a third-party representative on behalf of Imber. These services were set to expire in November 2025, so I wanted to use them before the expiration date.

During my call with the front desk coordinator, Taylor, I explained that I had recently moved and no longer had the brochure or documents provided at the time of purchase. I also mentioned that a former coworker of mine who purchased the same services, did not have her documents either but was able to schedule her services by providing proof of purchase through her bank statement.

Taylor informed me that due to HIPAA, my former coworker would need to contact Imber directly to confirm that she had been a client and had previously received services without having the brochure in her possession. She also stated that once my coworker confirmed this, Imber would honor my request and allow me to schedule my services as well.

I asked Taylor if she had any contact information for the third-party representative, Luke or Lucas, who originally sold us the services to confirm. She said she did not—raising concern, since this representative was promoting Imber’s business but Imber allegedly had no record of him.

My former coworker followed through and confirmed everything as requested. Despite that, Taylor refused to honor the agreement she made with me and still declined to schedule my services.

I am disappointed and confused by the inconsistency and lack of accountability, especially after following the exact verification steps that Imber required.

This office always keeps up with the newest innovations and does their homework, before they get behind any new procedure.
Dr Slack is the best of the best, Dr Slack is conservative, which is why I trust her with my procedures. She is also very meticulous and most importantly, she listens, is honest and always follows through.
