I posted this on Jack Dolittle's too because I find it entirely too coincidental for the same building to have separate business that have to do with animals and a name that has to do with "Jack". Someone shut this place down. Dogs don't have much room, fish tanks are pretty gross and filthy. The monkies were cool to see, but that was the only thing that kept a single star for this place. The smell was horrible and the lady at the front was vaping inside with a bunch of kids in the store. Poor animals.

Lucky the owner wasn’t there, was to the point of violence. The dogs are trapped in a cell two foot by maybe 3 foot, they all look sick and the place is a mess with all of the animals looking malnourished + depressed. Places needs to go out of business

I went here with my boyfriend when we first moved to Great Falls July 2024. I wanted to see if they did grooming and how much they charged.

As soon as you walk in it smells horrible. It is very dirty and unkept. The animals are kept in small cages and many of the animals didn’t even have water. It’s honestly such terrible conditions I don’t know how it’s legal

Once went here with my mom. It was horrible. I saw two puppies run away from a guy who entered their kennel like their lives depended on it. The fish tanks were covered in algae, and the gerbils were attempting to escape. Most of the dogs freaked out and started to whine and scratch at the plastic as soon as we walked past. Also saw that they're in rooms with no toys and just bits of paper (not to mention I came across a husky pup trying to eat the paper, the food bowl clearly empty and the water bowl full of paper). Terrible. I want this place shut down. I don't believe this place deserves to have animals under its care. And don't even get me started on what little I saw of the backrooms. It was a mess and a guy was smoking in there.

This place is extremely cruel to animals and the fact it’s even open is absolutely outrageous. Great falls needs to take control and end this business!

I am sick to my stomach hearing about how these people cage animals. They aren’t properly cared for, they aren’t clean, and they have confetti all over the inside of their cages, in their water and food bowls, and in the corners of their eyes. The place is not welcoming at all, very eerie. The governor and local humane society have both been contacted and nothing has been done. This is completely inhumane and this place needs to be shut down. Those animals are dying in cages and you guys are trying to profit off of them! They need help! I will be sharing this story in hopes it goes viral. This place should be forced to be shut down. Those animals deserve better, and you know it.

I walked in a month ago, just to see. It was horrifying. The kittens were in rat cages with nothing to stand on but uncomfortable wire. Dirty litter boxes is where they took refuge. No water or food in bowls. Dogs were kept in small wooden boxes with no ventilation or fish tanks. Prices for these animals were in the thousands. Most were panting and had goop in their eyes. I won’t even go into the fishtanks. The workers seemed friendly enough but were obvious meth addicts. This place is Terrible and should be shut down. I felt so sad leavening these animals to die in such deplorable conditions.

I visited this prison on Monday July 15 when we were visiting your beautiful city. I can’t get the images of these suffering animals out of my head. I am deeply troubled and praying with all my might that these animals are removed from this place. Like another has said, these animals are unkept, under nourished, no fresh air and begging to be released from their tiny, dirty cages. PLEASE, PLEASE make this happen for them in a good way🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
