My husband and I went to Jenelle for a private 2 hour massage class. It was a lovely session during which Jenelle demonstrated techniques that we could use on each other to help relieve stress and muscle pain, as well as to bring us closer together as a couple. Jenelle helped guide us through performing the techniques on each other after demonstrating them. We both felt very safe and comfortable, warm and cherished in her lovely home. Jenelle made sure to learn about our individual wants and needs and catered her lesson around that. For example, I get frequent headaches, and she helped show us good strategies to provide comfort and relief.

i had an appointment for a massage with Jenelle yesterday. I really wasn’t sure if a massage would help. It felt like I hurt all over. Both my knees hurt (one had a knee replacement and the other a meniscus tear, my left shoulder in need of its third torn rotator cuff. A persistent pain on my left side. If I could have summed it up I felt like I was 100 years old.
Jenelle worked on my neck and shoulders first which I didn’t realize even hurt. Pain and tension just stated melting away.
By the time my session was over I was feeling amazing.
I immediately booked a session with her. If she could make me feel this way after just one session I can’t wait to see how I’ll feel after more!
I had no idea of the stress and tension I was carrying in my neck and shoulders.

I can't say enough about Jenelle. My husband and I did a couples massage class, thinking that we would be getting some basic lessons in technique, but we got so much more. Jenelle is not just a massage therapist, she is a very intuitive and effective healer. We felt so seen, so taken care of, and learned much more than simple techniques as she incorporated intimacy and connection into the experience. Her energy was so nurturing, calm, and grounded and I would recommend her to anyone looking to release trauma and connect with their body in a loving way.

I am blown away! I am deeply relieved after my first visit with Jenelle Woodlief. I can’t even put a into words the emotions that rushed over me by the end.

Walking into the appointment I was hoping to get some relief for the persistent pain in my shoulder from a car accident over 5 years ago.

I was not expecting that by the time I left the appointment I was literally breathing better. I feel taller. I feel calm.

…but guess what else I wasn’t expecting? I took the first picture to send to my husband when I found the right door. I took the same picture as I left the appointment. I can visibly see the difference in my neck before and after. I think I also look happier.

I can’t wait to go back. 🙂

Overall this was a wonderful experience; my wife and I left feeling invigorated and excited to use what we had learned in future massages at home with each other.

My partner and I recently booked Jenelle's 2-hour couples massage lesson. Jenelle is an excellent communicator, bodyworker, and teacher! Jenelle made coordinating the day/time very easy even with my partner's limited availability. The day-of, Jenelle took time to listen to our preferences, then patiently, profesionally, and warmly guided my wife and I through working with one another's bodies. My wife and I took turns having Jenelle demonstrate, then each of us attempted to replicate (with adaptations for our personal needs), with coaching from Jenelle. We will definitely be referring friends and family and will be back ourselves in the future!
