Staff were all very helpful, kind, and gentle with both pets and humans! The only thing that I was confused about is that one person indicated that the dog I adopted was spayed and struggled with the procedure (almost dying), but the paperwork indicated she was not. When I asked, they said that if Humane Society didn't perform the procedure and/or they could not confirm sterilization, they can't list the animal as sterilized. They said to see if she comes into heat, then bring her back to be "fixed." Confusing because there is an assumption that all animals would be spayed=neutered. Love my new family member!

We just got our sweet boy chevy who just fit the mold we had at home. Every single person in the facility is beyond incredible. They are doing such good work! I'd say it is THE place to adopt your next fur baby!

Got my cat neutered here, the lady who did check ins was so rude and demanded everyone where to go in line like we were misbehaving kindergartens. It made me not want to return. All of the other employees were much more polite though and the procedure was fine but that first impression made the day more stressful than need be.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We did find a rescue. That we was able to bring home with us, I'm sure he will be a great addition to our family.

I will say that the staff was great during the adoption process of getting our baby. We adopted our dog on Sunday afternoon, before the adoption was finalized the said they were going to take him back to take his temperature and make sure he was good to go. By Sunday night he had a 104 fever, was shaky and not eating. He was seen by my vet first thing Monday morning where I was told it was a severe respiratory infection and that I needed to call the shelter and see if they would take him back just for treatment. When I called them I was told my options where that they would give him another dose of kennel cough medication or I could surrender him back to them…well that makes me think he had kennel cough and you didn’t tell me! He is now staying in the hospital with pneumonia and we are praying he pulls through…I just get the feeling that he was sick when we adopted him and they didn’t tell us.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, I went there yesterday in hopes of getting a puppy, we read on a post that all puppies 6mo-6wks, would be for $25, we found a beautiful puppy, and we were finishing up the paperwork and we asked if he was $25, and she says that he is $140, but he was 6mo-6wks old. I left their crying, because we didn't have the money for him, we thought he was $25, so they lied about puppies being only $25. We even asked before hand and the $25 puppies and all they did was say go through the doors they never showed us which ones were $25 only .... Never!

Impressive spay & neuter service, they are skilled, knowledgeable & supportive. I rescued a Frenchton but knew almost nothing about her. Very happy to learn one of the vets doing surgery specialized in the breed. They also treated a vaginal infection that I suspected, very reassuring!

Had my fur-baby Cowgirl spayed here last week at one of their clinic days. I was very impressed with how friendly, kind all the volunteers and workers were., The facility was so clean and nice. Cowgirl was taken very good care of. Thank you for a great experience and Cowgirl will be back in July for the vaccine clinic.
