刚才看到有个人说用了他们家系统，然后打印机坏了叫他们给换别家的打印机，然后就说他们家服务不行什么的。我觉得这个人逻辑有问题，试问我去你家吃饭然后自己带食物问你免费给我加工一下你肯吗理由是我是你的顾客！

买了apple 公司的产品然后去安卓公司去设置，要求免费维修，理由是我是之前使用过apple公司的产品！你觉得合理吗？

1年的保修和维护买的时候都和我们说过了，东西坏了就要换，这里餐馆挣的钱也要花出去是吧，技术支持是支持他们家的产品，而不是别人家的，毕竟打印机都是耗材。

这家公司我用了很久了。服务很好，技术支持24小时都有。有时候打不进去比较忙也理解，毕竟都是免费的服务。

I bought the system from them 4 years ago. They really provide us excellent after sale service, even in the middle of the night. ( I think that's the most important part), most company only provide best shopping experience but not after sale service. We are happy with their products and service till today. And we became great friend. Thanks Joyopos, I will strongly recommend anyone who are looking for Pos system to them. You have my words...

事情是这样的！你们觉得一个电脑系统可以用多久？比如说这些电脑啊！屏幕啊！打印机啊！他们家的我用了两年屏幕的触屏就坏了！后自己买了换掉了！先不说他们家给我的是半成品的系统！后续的一系列问题都没有解决都是不了了之！东西用肯定会坏对吧！后来打印机也坏了！那我买一个换掉就好了，但是他们要求100刀的添加费？合理吗？要求买他们家的打印机才给安装免费？这个不是强买强卖？之前已经上过一次差评了！后来那个小姐打电话来劝说才删掉！有问题找他们都是要钱！人家某师傅的电脑系统还终身技术支持！我特别后悔买了他们的产品！评论里有个人说他们垃圾是真的给气的评论都写不好了！就这样吧！

We bought POS from them 3 years ago and the service has been great, there are always people to assist you when you need help. Joyopos is a much trusted brand and we sure feel very content with the POS system and other value-added product/service they have to offer.

We purchased a system from Eric in the Chicago location in February. A few months later, and it has served our restaurant business well. Eric and Chloe are very responsible, patient, and diligent people that swiftly assisted with any tech problems. When it comes to our business, I can get incredibly picky, but Eric and Chloe were very easy to work with. This is likely the first time I have been satisfied with purchasing services from Chinatown. Seriously.

When the time comes for a second system, I will look forward to working with them again.

I am surprised that the marketing package I enrolled for the past 2 months worked. I was an old customer and recently purchased their marketing service which helps our brand visibility on the internet. I don't know what magic they did but our online orders increases rapidly for the past 2 months and I believe it's for their credit. Worth my money！Thanks!
