The staff was very friendly and professional. They loved having my boy there and loved on him every day! The daily updates on him were super helpful too. Zach was amazing getting my boarding set up. The facility smelled fantastic and was very clean. I’ll be using them again in the future!

Just brought my little pup here for the first time yesterday for her daycare evaluation! My partner and I were super nervous just because she's our baby..this place was awesome! The front desk lady was so nice and super helpful with any questions I had. I called the previous day to schedule her and sending over her vaccine records and getting her set up was a breeze! This place is right by my job so it's very convenient for me for drop off and pick up. The prices are fair, the facility is super clean and they even uploaded my puppies first day pictures to their instagram! I loved getting to see her pictures. They also called me within an hour of her being there just to give me an update, they went over the whole process with me and told me how she would be introduced slowly and not all at once to get her used to it. An hour in they call and tell me she's having a blast and she's doing fantastic!! This made me so happy and safe to say she was wore out by the end of the day. I will definitely be taking her here more often for doggy daycare. Thank you so much for taking care of my baby!!!!!

I took my dog here she has never been to any place this before and she badly needed to work being socialized with other people. I explained how she was sheltered until she had all her shots she stayed indoors which meant less socializing with new people. We gradually tried to get her accustomed to new people like the groomers but that a lot of time. Trent here is awesome he put the time and attention needed show Chloe she could trust him which was what we were looking for. I appreciate the professional and kindness shown to Chloe I can tell she is happy and I can finally travel without worrying about Chloe. Thank you Trent so much hope they give you a raise!!!!

Our Luna girl loves doggie daycare and they are very affordable for what they have to offer!
Luna loves them and she is so happy. My husband and I don’t have to worry about her. We know that she is safe and well looked after by all of the staff. We are about to move 10 miles away but we will continue to use them any time we need to go out of town

I will absolutely recommend this beautiful place for any dog mom or dog dad. Whether your fur baby is young or older, we all just want them to be cared for as if we were caring for them (lol or better) but we have school, work, etc; and so to prevent them from having separation anxiety or being left alone for more than a few hours - you want them to be at a place that’s clean, comfortable, safe, and fun! I appreciate all the staff that has welcomed my Cairo with open arms. He genuinely loves it here! He’s super smart because he literally will grab his leash that I use to take him to daycare when he really wants to go, vs the leash he gets when I need to take him out for a walk. That warms my heart so much. Keep up the great work; Liz, Chelsea, Zac; just to name a few; but everyone that I see has been very pleasant and professional.

My dogs LOVE K9 Resorts Luxury Pet Hotel. This was a LONG stay for them this time and based on the photos we saw on instragram and the report cards we received daily.....they had a blast. It was fun seeing them interacting with the other dogs, napping in the sun, and having a great vacation while their humans were on vacation. They are happy and exhausted now that they are back home. The whole family loves K9 Resorts.

**UPDATE**
Zach called me and got my account straightened out. Clearly and patiently communicated items. I am excited to be taking Obi-wan back soon for Private Play. I didn't even know that was an option!

The place was great when my Golden was able to go.

Great things, the staff was friendly and kind to Obi-wan.

Not so great things; He would always come back smelling HORRENDOUS. But being around other dogs all day, I could understand. Plus as a puppy, he had a thing for tipping over water bowls. So probably he made himself stinky.
He would still be SUPER wet when I'd pick him up. To their credit they did start to attempt to dry him, which I appreciated.

I am taking off three stars because
1) I don't recall being told 10 months was the cut off for doggie day care when they're not fixed. I read back through the policies and couldn't find it. I logged into the portal and can't see the agreement thinking it could be there. I also could not find it on their website right now either.
This would have been a HUGE deal for me because I do not intend to have him neutered. I would not have gone through with the packages. I guess the assumption is more people will not leave their animals intact. **THEY HAVE PRIVATE PLAY**

2) I was told a manager would call me to figure out how else I could use my packages/transfer to some else or do something with the funds or part of the funds. I never received a phone call. **HE CALLED ME AND GOT THINGS STRAIGHTENED OUT**

3) I keep getting marketing from them even after unsubscribing.

TLDR;
1. If you have a puppy know you can only go there until 10 months until you have them fixed (if you plan to have them fixed.) **THEY HAVE PRIVATE PLAY**
2. They did not follow through with communication. I don't appreciate someone saying they're going to do something then just not do it. **THE MANAGER DID END UP CALLING ME**

So now I have 5 days left...that I cannot use. **I WILL BE ABLE TO USE MY PENDING CREDIT**
