Our family had an amazing time at KAEF Farm! The experience of walking around, petting, and feeding the animals was both fun and relaxing. The farm is well-maintained, and the animals are clearly well cared for, making it a fantastic outing for all ages. It was wonderful to see the kids interact so closely with the animals in a friendly and welcoming environment. A perfect spot for a family day out, reservation needed!

This was amazing!!! Lucho, our guide, was phenomenal and made us feel so welcome. This is such a unique experience I would VERY highly recommend to all animal lovers. What made the experience so great was being able to get to know each animal personally. I love hearing facts about animals, but being introduced to each animal and learning their names, quirks, and actually interacting with them made it a very personal and involved experience. KAEF’s team clearly loves every single one of these animals. Lucho’s connection with each animal was amazing to see. We gave belly rubs to Pumba, the warthog (who thinks he’s a dog like Nina), giggled at Ike Turner the awkward chicken, fed the adorable goat Cooper & so much more. This was an experience we will never forget!!!! Thank you for such an amazing experience!

We had an amazing time with Kauai Animal Education Farm. From the beginning, they were extremely welcoming and showed us around the entire property, and made us feel welcome. It was the perfect activity for everyone in our group from adults to kids. I would recommend to all!

This is a very special place where children and adults alike feel in tune with nature and feel energized by the life and rehabilitation that is going on in this 4+ acre farm. My family loved the experience learning about chinchillas and their fur, petting guinea pigs, feeding ducks chickens, turkeys, and seeing 3 week old piglets running freely oh and the goats especially Coco. It was a true joy to see and Christy taught us so much during this tour. Her story is uplifting and her work is making an impact on the community especially the children..thank you for this experience and we will be back to volunteer. Our visit to KAEF was an absolute highlight of our spring break on Kauai for our 3 kids ages 4-10. Christy is passionate about animals, education and sustainability. We enjoyed seeing, petting, feeding and learning about so many different animals. Incredible non-profit!

The very last thing we did on Kauai and such an awesome way to end our trip! So much love on this farm! Christy introduced us to all the current residents and then let us gravitate back to the animals we wanted to spend more time with. One son headed off to the baby chicks, my daughter to the bunnies, I couldn't stop scratching and petting the tortoises, my husband enjoyed the goats. This is more than an animal rescue, this is therapy for humans! Time slows and you get lost in feeding the boars ripe guava and being awestruck at how soft chinchillas are and coaxing the pea hen to eat before a gutsy duck steals her food. Christy is creating a haven for humans, animals, even plants as she builds and improves this self-sustaining preserve. Can't recommend enough!

This was a highlight of my Kauai trip! My family absolutely loved it as well. The beautiful experience of connecting with the land, plants and animals that Christy has taken in and saved in this sanctuary was just such a meaningful heartfelt thing to do. The little cute friends we all met made this a magical experience. Thank you Christy for having the biggest heart to create this space and educate us all on the animals and native plants of Hawaii, I appreciate all your time and efforts! I can't wait to bring more friends to this sanctuary.
