Audra at the Kennelwood on Mason Lane is incredible. I took my two Bernese Mountain dogs in for a complete “overhaul” yesterday and they needed it! They’d been out in Colorado for three months and despite pretty diligent brushing on my part, their undercoats were enormous. The dogs both had “grinch feet”, and just were dirty. I picked them up and not only were they both so clean smelling, soft to the touch, I swear they looked like they’d lost 10 pounds because of how much fur Audra brushed out of them. Even better, both dogs love going to see Audra. They go in happy and they come out happy…that’s the most important part!

I truly don’t know how I would have survived the last few months without the help of Kennelwood Mason Lane. We brought a puppy into our lives during a crazy time and Kennelwood has given our puppy a solid foundation for good behavior. She loves to go there each day. I have enjoyed my lessons too. Each week I get to see what my puppy has learned and because they have already worked hard on the skills it’s so easy for me to step up and do my part. Trainer Matt Koch has been amazing and really partners with you and your pet. I’m so glad someone recommended them to me! Thank you Kennelwood Mason Lane!

The groomer at Kennelwood always do such an amazing job on my fur baby! I always know he’s in good hands with them and that he will look amazing with his grooming with them! Thank you to the awesome Kennelwood staff, from the greeting at the front desk to the grooming, it’s an awesome experience! I don’t trust anyone else with my fur baby!

Customer Service is going downhill. The individuals working at this location are fine but management is not customer friendly as has made horrible business decisions. They switched computer systems and went backwards. Kept losing my credit card on file ( that instills confidence - NOT). I used to be able to book grooming appointments out for the year - just like I do for my own salon appointments. Now the NEW system only lets me book two. I’m supposed to remember to ask them to book the next one every time I come back. We’ll guess what? You e made it my mission to find a better place to go that values my business and wants me to come back. Most businesses would love to have guaranteed repeat business. Not Kennelwood.

I took my toy Aussie rescue pup for her first grooming ever. She was so nervous but they were very reassuring and kind. The staff was great and everyone was so friendly. Christina did a fabulous job on Chloe and I am quite pleased. Thank you Kennelwood…

This is my first time leaving my pet for 1 week and he was anxious and picky. Kennelwood staff was attentive, calm and reassuring. They kept me updated through calls, text and even sent pictures. I appreciate how loving and kind they were towards Jax. I will definitely 100% use their services again.Thank you Kennelwood Pet Resort!

Bought my Golden doodle in for grooming today (this is not his first time) and they informed me it would be late pick up due to a groomer calling off… I was sad because I live 30 mins away and told the girl 4:30 could be the latest I can do and she went and talked to the groomer (Audra) to see if she could manage. NOT ONLY did Audra mange she OVER SUCCEEDED and had him done by 2:30 and his hair cut was perfect!
