Today was our first visit to Klassy K-9. The owner, Tracy, was very nice and even took the time to explain different groom options using the clippers to make sure we were on the same page. I really appreciated her time in doing so. Brittany groomed Kylo, but it was exactly how I discussed it with Tracy. We are extremely happy with how it turned out. My son even commented on how good he looks.

The staff is attentive and nice. I brought my dog in for a nail trim as a walk-in and I waited under 10 minutes to be seen. The lady was very gentle and sweet with my dog and did a good job. My only complaint is the price I paid was a few dollars higher than what I was quoted (by phone, the day prior). They do offer a discount for cash payments. I’ll go back.

My Thompson looked So handsome when he came out. She did a great job on him and did exactly what I asked of her to do. The only Issue I had was that I had a 12 o’clock appointment but they didn’t finish my dog till almost 345. Any other groomer I have been to never took but a few hours, but all in all it was a great experience for my first time there and I definitely will be bringing my Tom Tom back. She also recommended some good shampoo for my dog to help with a smelliness in between haircuts that was a plus thank you so much

I discovered this place shortly after moving to the Union, KY area. so glad that i did. i could not ask for two better groomers than Mykayla and Bittney. both have done such a great job with my boy, Mr. Muggins. and with my hectic work schedule, both are always able to squeeze my little guy in at such short notice. Thanks ladies, and to the rest of the kind staff at Klassy K-9.

I love Klassy K-9
They are better than Pet Smart grooming in my opinion.
I'm giving Klassy K-9 a rating of five stars.
They do a wonderful job grooming my daughter's dog my (grand puppy). She always looks great. I never have any issues. I watched The grooming appointment in action and my grand puppy Lily was very calm when she saw me and did not even get antsy and not once try to jump down from The grooming table. Thank you again Klassy K-9

Took my 1 year old medium sized pup and they did an overall good job !… They did forget to clip her front paws , but they said to bring her back up and they would gladly take care of it !… I should add that they did an absolutely amazing job on our smaller Shitzu weeks ago and he still today looks great!..
So I never give a five star review, which makes this it a top notch review for the team at Klassy K-9 !…

This business really went downhill since they moved into a new location.
The actual boutique itself is no longer aesthetically appealing. Their old shop was cute, with a wall up and a cute waiting area. This location is dark, depressing, too open and with the doggy daycare area you can see feces on the ground. Definitely needs fixed up.
I brought my golden retriever ginger here for years before she died. They did a great job. I’ve brought my dog scout here a few times and there’s always an issue. To be fair , the manager /owner fixes the issues but nobody likes inconsistency or being inconvenienced. If it’s not an appointment issue , (taking 4 + hours to groom your dog), it’s doing a bad job bathing my dog (didn’t even smell like shampoo). Yes the issues were addressed but people don’t want to deal with issues to begin with. I’ve been loyal to this business for years but I unfortunately will be going elsewhere for someone to groom my dog without a problem.
