I stopped by to visit and saw two puppies cramped in a small 2x4 GLASS cage. The one puppy was whimpering/crying when I went up to it, and it put it's paw on the glass and was watching me, looking like it desperately wanted out. I truly don't know if they take these animals out to give them love/socialize/play. They also seemed WAY too young to be taken from their mothers and put in a pet store.

Why are we still keeping places like this in business? These places encourage breeding, puppy mills, and house unhealthy and depressed animals.

PLEASE, please, adopt and don't shop. Do your research to see how buying from businesses like this perpetuates animal cruelty.

Bought my lab from here early June and they were very kind and explained all the care she needed (she came with meds, she was born with a small health issue that was resolved) and explained that her first vet visit would be free. Turned out that she needed another round of medicine and that was fully paid for as well as her testing for any worms, diseases, or other health issues. However other than the initial issue she was alright! A little over a month after getting her my husband and I were curious as to what her parents looked like as we were told she was a purebred , after getting ahold of the store they took my name and contact information and within 2 days they forwarded me pictures of both of her parents! I honestly figured they would “forget” and not get back with me but I was very pleasantly surprised to receive pictures of both parents and to see that they were both full bred yellow labs just like my pup! She’s very healthy and grew out of her initial health issues with some help of medication and lots of love! Very happy and playful pup! Very nice staff, everyone who I talked to was very helpful and kind! Prices for pet supplies are pretty pricey here but look to be very good quality! 4 stars cause of the high prices, she was very expensive but a lifelong best friend is worth every penny!!

Staff has ZERO personality and seems less than appreciative that you are purchasing anything from them! I used to feel good about them but that WAS the LAST time I go there or recommend anyone I know to go there! A lot of other companies to give my cash to!

I cannot even begin to explain how awesome this place is! It's a real old school pet store like I haven't seen in decades. They have the BEST animal selection! They actually have pure breeds of dogs in there all the time. I almost died the last time I went there because they had 5 Frenchie puppies for sale. Do you know how hard those are to find here!? They have the cutest bunnies on earth, turtles, birds, fish in the back. The staff is really awesome. They don't judge me when I'm squealing at the top of my lungs because something is so cute; I start doing it and don't even realize it until I'm like, supersonic loud... lol! It's really difficult not to because every time you turn around, you see some new animal that adorable!

I wish I could give them a big fat ZERO stars. They do not treat their animals well. The know NOTHING about the animals they sell, meaning until you buy them, these animals are living horrible, unhappy lives. Unhappy animals means unhealthy; unhealthy means they'll either die in the store or have health problems when you adopt them. THIS PLACE SHOULDN'T BE OPERATIONAL.

ADOPT, DONT SHOP.

The more you buy from pet stores, the more they will treat animals this way. PLEASE don't support storing animals like this.

I recently went here. 2.8 stars rating I haven't seen before I came here. Disappointing reading the ratings. The puppies looked tired and unhappy. ZI have seen a lack of staff here and read the reviews. Turns out the puppies have worms. I can't recommend going here to buy pets. If you go here, only observe the pets. The pets here look unhappy and mainly the puppies.

Walking by this pet store was upsetting. It’s filled with hordes of animals in different restricted containers being gawked at and prodded by people passing through the mall. Front and center I found several puppies in glass-walled containers laying down glumly in piles of shredded newspaper. They should not be there, waiting to be exchanged for some money in the owner’s pocket. Where did these dogs come from? We can do better than selling dogs like some playground equipment. Next to it is a disquieting black hole of rubber filled with koi. Assorted other animals too large for their cages are scattered about amongst the rest of the clutter. I want to know where this store sources their “products”—these animals—and would be interested in the business practices of those places as well. Place was unacceptable and should go.

Dogs are held in very small glass cages. Water bowls were low and they clearly do not take care of their animals. Was very upsetting walking through this pet store.
