El servicio es bueno las secretarías serviciales mi Doctor muy bien preparado ,atento Dr.Akuba es un excelente doctor el único problema es que no pasan los Mensajes y es bien frustrante porque yo vivo en Manhattan y no puedo coger para allá y aveces por un medicamento corre peligro ⛔️ nuestra vida 🙏🏾🙌👏🏽

I went to the clinic with my daughter (for the second time!) to get the vaccines and on the day of the appointment, they said they were out of vaccines. I'm never going there again!!!!
They didn't call me to let me know they didn't have vaccines. I hope they treat their clients better than that. My experience so far is awful 😞.
Finally they send me to a different clinic and this time they are very helpful.

My son and I went for our TB test and physical recently, so far the receptionist was pleasant to us ,the doctor was also pleasant , we have to pick up the forms next week to give to our social worker,
As of May 2024 I had to register again for an update for my pills, I have to see them on May 23,2024 so unfair! They take forever just to refill I have high blood pressure, cholesterol etc!! The amount they give is too small ,(30 each) I have to take my pills everyday!!!

I will not be returning with them. I felt as if the dr was not listening or allowing me to talk or explain my issues. Then I went on Nov. 11th it's the 15th I've called them numerous times everyday since to fix issues with my scripts and I'm type 2 diabetic and I was told she has other patients and then when finally sent it's missing very important scripts needed for my diabetes. It's very bad unprofessional and unacceptable.

This is the worst clinic I been to. Everything is a waiting process. Appointment at 9am and not seen to 11:30am. They don’t release your results to the portal until they speak to you. Staff is nice but everything is slow

Everytime I come in 30 min early for an appointment I still have to wait til 30 min after my appointment time to be seen. Poor service all around.. this is definately my last visit here. Come here if you want to waste your time and life. I abhor this place and apparently they do not care if you get seen timely if at all. They love scheduling me when Dr. Williams is not there and she loves to leave early as well. I'm off my meds cold Turkey because she never saw or called me to refill my prescription so yay let's see what happens 😒 thanks for the lies Barbara!

This company needs to do better with their locations because they are losing valuable clients who have been loyal for years. especially the Claremont location who has that Maria lady with blonde hair who is a racist and doesn’t want to serve African American clients. All she does is gossip instead of working. She is not an asset to your company. If i could give that place a zero i would and management is not doing anything to fix it!
