If I could give them zero stars I would. My family has used La sals for years and have been loyal customers. Over the years, they have ruined a variety of different expensive quality clothing that I have brought to them, never rectifying the bad service that was given. I have finally reached my breaking point when just recently I left a few pieces that were near and dear to my heart just needing a cleaning and picked the items up completely damaged and not looking anything like when I originally brought it to them. They not only charged me but they took no steps in repairing the damage. I am not one to make complaints but I am so disgusted in their service and the way I have been treated by them.

Horrible experience. Ruined multiple items of mine. Ripped a blouse, dyed a blazer, and left spots on other item. They said they were going to fix it and each time they said it would be ready, I would show up and it wouldn’t be ready. No one could pick up the phone and call me. Over a month and items still weren’t fixed. Finally gave up and took my items and left with the damage still to my clothes. Will never go back and would never recommend to anyone

We had to have a dress hemmed here, and their seamstress was WONDERFUL! Sweet, kind, totally affordable... I highly recommend La Sal Cleaners.

Terrible service. Brought a piece of clothing to the seamstress and it ripped right away after pick up. They barely made any stiches to it. Business refuses to refund the very overprice charge.

I went to this dry cleaner to seek help after a MAC lipstick exploded in my laundry machine with all of my favorite clothes and stained them. Already embarrassed, I went to this dry cleaners as it was recommended by multiple people who live in the area. The woman I originally spoke with was so nice and empathetic, but once the man who works there approached me he was SO. RUDE. and made me feel so awful about a mistake. He told me that this would be a waste of time for him and that I should just “get new clothes because the stains are never coming out.” I am younger appearing so maybe he took that into consideration when he decided to be incredibly rude to me. No one should ever be treated this way, I simply just wanted some advice or to use your service as not everyone can just “afford new clothes.” I’ll gladly have you know that Oxxo Cleaners across the street in Country Isles Plaza got EVERY. SINGLE. STAIN. out! And were incredibly kind to me! Thank GOD I didn’t use your services after your treatment toward me!

This place is over priced and the woman who did my alterations on my brides maid dress did an awful job! I wouldn't give this place a 1 star. They charged me over 100 dollars for a simple alteration and she messed it up so many times and did a very sloppy job. The owner at one point didn't want me to try on the dress, I said I had too. Thank goodness I found a place in NJ where I had originally purchased the dress and they fixed it.
