We just adopted a new young dog went to Lakeview for the first visit since our usual vet was booked, so we got an appointment here. The vet tech and the vet were awesome! They were so nice and thorough. And were more affordable then our normal vet, so we are bringing our other dog here from now on

Just took Archie here for the first time and he loved Doc and her nurse!!!! He didn’t show signs of nervousness or anxiety to leave, just stood with the ladies as if he was showing off his coat, her presence made him very calm. She also immediately sent detailed notes about the visit to my email so I can keep track of what was said, weight, any noticeable concerns, food type etc. I’ve never had that thorough of an appt follow up before. I am very happy we visited here and plan to use this vet anytime we need someone to take a look at our maltipoo.

First time at this vet for my cat Morgan. Needed a new vet as I have moved. Wonderful staff and experience, they did everything possible to fit my cat and myself needs!! My new forever vet!

This vet only cares about billing you, not caring for your pets. They misled/made up/or were “confused” about the testing they described for our dog. Then when you ask them to use “plain words” because you don’t understand their acronyms and need clarification on what’s going to happen, they get mad and make false accusations… after saying they “don’t know what it means either”… Then they tell you that you never talked to the doctor, After having had an appointment where I sat in a room and had blood drawn from my dog and apparently imagined typing a text message to someone about all the possible problems. And in that appointment that I was charged for but apparently never had with the doctor, we decide the next course would be an x-ray… but they don’t do those in office… they call you and suggest a much longer and horribly more expensive test. Which is then scheduled, but no mention of an x-ray… so we ask them to send whatever is needed to a farther facility where we know they have the means to x-ray… which apparently gets you a phone call with an unhinged vet who likes to yell and not listen.
Forget these people exist and go down the road to a place that cares about the wellbeing of your pet and not just your pocket book.
Oh, and be careful if you do enter that office, they deadbolt the door behind you so that you can not leave without someone letting you out. Only after they collect your fees while you are still in the exam room.
I wouldn’t trust them with a garden hose, let alone my pet.

I sent an email to them this am but I’m sure I won’t hear back. We asked a month ago to get help with our Eddie. It was great they got him
In quick. But here is the kicker. When asked about imaging they didn’t do it in office and would send it out. The dr was hard pressed on my dog had Addisons. When I said the symptoms don’t match. She just kept saying it makes sense but her rule out was different and Addisons was last. So I gave it paid the $295 for a pointless test. All for 1 my dog didn’t come home the same and per the emergency vet actually made things decline faster.
But today when I was holding out hope the Dr couldn’t even call me. It was the tech! “Good news! It is not Addisons! So nowwwwww we can move to imaging.” Well at this point a few weeks later was too late. He had several masses in his GI track that this other vet should have tried to diagnose. But instead argued and did not want to send notes over till it was too late. My Edward blood is on their hands. She could have tried to give us some time. But instead took it way. Go to lake Geneva vet. They are 10/12.

Extremely welcoming and kind staff and vet. Vet is knowledgeable and never made us feel rushed which we appreciate! Gave many options for our old dogs seizures and liver issues. We feel very secure in Dr. Dicarlo's expertise!
