Took my cat here for vaccinations and spaying. They came out to the waiting room to tell me they "lost the cat." They didn't mean that it died, they meant they let it run out of the examination room and it ran into their offices and they couldn't find it. Of course by the time they found it it was upset and terrified. They used a net to catch it, not gloves, a net, like something out of a comic book. After that they sedated the cat without telling me. They sent her home still unconscious. They did not give her any subcutaneous fluids to prevent dehydration even though I asked. They used way too much sedative. They REFUSED to tell me what drug they used as a sedative. The cat didn't wake up for over 24 hours after I took it home. It didn't drink water for over three days, and didn't start eating again for five. She couldn't jump up on the bed like she could before for two weeks. And they still refused to tell me what drug they gave her. No matter who I talked to.

Do not trust your cat with them. They cannot control a kitten, much less a full grown cat. And they are wreckless with their use of sedatives. And they don't give subcutaneous fluids even when asked.

I've been going to this Veterinary Clinic for 40. They have the very best veterinarians. My babies's vet is normally Dr Susan Paul. I have cats. Not as many now since they've gotten older and have passed away I've had dogs in the past as well. Very knowledgeable and very concerned about our fur babies wouldn't take them anywhere else. The whole staff is wonderful just like family

They've been my favorite vets for 50 years but had to change when I moved to different part of town 9 years ago. (went with nearby Vet). Lefebvre Clinic is wonderful and said bring her on in. The staff is SO terrific and the Docs are too. I'm switching back due to great performance, wonderful staff and GIANT HEARTS IN EVERYONE THERE!
