Dr. Kedar is Amazing- He is a miracle sent from God and I'm not exaggerating. I would share more but that business is covered by HIPAA

Dr. Schongalla is also amazing. She is doing work with our family and our daughter. Although I have not worked with her as much as Dr Kedar, from the looks of things, everything points to this also being a highly productive and effective relationship that will positively impact our daughter and our marriage.
Ruben Prado is yet another amazing individual. I met him once for individual therapy and the session was so good that we decided he could do more for me as our marriage therapist. We have been looking and searching high and low for a therapist with his viewpoints, techniques, and ability to understand me and my wife. He is also a miracle.
Now, the areas that need desperate improvement pertain to the automated voice system. Please, please, please do something professional with this system. It is very hard for me to reach a live operator during business hours. There are many times that I need to connect up or leave a message or have a question pertaining to one of my providers. Unfortunately, that is when I am driving. The automated system keeps me in a perpetual loop of prompts, cues, and utter frustration all t which ends in not being able to talk to a live person. Is this something that can be remedied? These excellent providers deserve much more than this. Just a thought.

LifeStance is a wonderful resource for helping people work through life experiences! I am fortunate to have a Therapist, Ashley, to help me do this ! Ashley is amazing! She has given me a feeling of comfort to discuss and work through issues! The staff is so helpful and kind! The day I had my first appt. was my lucky day ! I would recommend them highly!

My therapist Ashley, has been absolutely the best I've ever had. She cares an is encouraging involved, she made 2 appointments a week. whenever I 1st started seeing her. She made sure I met with her twice a week until I was a little bit more stable. She continues to inspire and encourage me ,she's very personal an involved in my life especially truly caring & sending me paperwork so I can work on my issues she's just really one of the best, and I'm really glad that she is my therapist she's amazing person & therapist.

Scam, switch and bait, shady! I was told I was meeting with a doctor but it was a weird, creepy, scary movie worthy, nurse practitioner. I filled out a form prior to the appt, yet the entire appointment was a redo of that. In no way was this session comfortable for a CHILD, and especially one struggling. Like asking a child if he uses “recreational drugs”. She told me no counseling or therapy would be included, only a diagnosis with pharmaceutical intervention. She then pressed me on personal subjects and informed me additional appointments would be needed. She asked me to schedule 3 additional appointments right then and there. Is this a sales tactic? You know the old “our slots fill very quickly, we urge you to book in advanced”. After reading other reviews they have you book the appointment and charge you for them, even if you’ve cancelled well within the window. When we exited the building my son turned to me and said “ that was so creepy please don’t ever bring me back here”. She was so robotic I questioned if I was hearing a prerecorded voice. So odd. So uncomfortable. Never again.

When the office called to confirm my appointment I was told the visit would be a minimum of $160 and she confirmed this would be agreed upon. I attempted to pay on the way out, but was told I couldn’t. I now know why. They don’t want you to cause a ruckus because they are robbing you! 445 for wasting 40 mins of my time and patience? Would it be $160 if the appointment lasted for 17 minutes? Possibly, if a less qualified person met with us, like one of the staff member’s dog? This place is a literal joke.

Lifestance is an absolute joke. I'm constantly having to call them to fix my prescription because they manage to mess it up every time. When Dr. Sarah Deleon could not make our appointment, I asked if I would still be charged and she said she would waive the fee "as a courtesy" this time (?) but I would be charged next time. Charging me for an appointment the Dr can't make? Theft. They genuinely do not care if you are getting adequate help as long as they get a check. Absolutely disgusting way to operate a mental health business. Tempted to contact the BBB over this scam of a company.

UPDATE: Emailed 4 weeks ago like Lifestance's response to my initial review said and they just didn't respond. It's hilarious to me that the email address is "we care" because you actually couldn't care less and you prove it time and time and time again. You'd think a company i've given THOUSANDS of dollars to could reply to ONE email. Your business practices truly make me sick to my stomach and i will make sure everyone around me, in my town, and on social media knows that Lifestance will take advantage of you, not provide the care you pay for, scam you, ghost you, and treat you like you are trash. You all truly disgust me. You don't care to make anything right. You make my mental health worse and don't care. I hate you

Lifestance health got me in contact with Angela goodson in a timely fashion when I was looking for mental help. I have been with Angela for over a year now and she is tentative to my feelings, is always available to me whenever I need her or have a question. Even in an emergency she is always quick to get back to me with answers and concerns and care. She is amazing, wonderful, awesome,caring, smart , and will work to get answers no matter how long it takes . My mental health is the most important to Angela and my continuous improvement on my quality of life.

I have seen many psychiatrists here. The therapists are good. The psychiatrists don't care. I had one one leave me hanging all weekend and it was an emergency because I was out of my anxiety medication. So I had a whole weekend full of anxiety attacks that are more like catatonia. I got a new psychiatrist. I looked it up and apparently cantonia is a side effect of one of the meds I take. I messaged my psychiatrist and he told me see you next appointment. He was not concerned. The only good psychiatrist I had here had an immune efficiency disorder and would take off for 3 months at a time. And now I'm looking for a new provider. I hope they see this. Do better!

Telehealth is very convenient for me as I can no longer drive, and Dr. Norwick has been wonderful!
