All new employees at local office. Very unprofessional. Have asked for someone higher up to give me a call. Nothing. Staff not very knowledgeable about products. I had to keep coming back. My last time there, after I asked to speak to his boss, told me , "If you are not happy with our service and company you are more than welcome to find somewhere else." This is actually Lincare. Save your time and do not use this store or company. Nothing since I switched to them has went correctly they have tried multiple times to get me to buy things I didn't need. Then when you call the national Lincare numbers they are no better you wait on hold for hours just to get calls a week later saying the info you updated with two different people the week prior is still not updated in there system. Had calls every day for three days wanting me to buy supplies that I have told them I do not need. Only good thing I can say is the driver for them was very nice when I seen him outside when I went down for my one and only in person meeting as I say just don't do it!!

This is a very incompetent company. Trying to get help from a representative is almost impossible. I needed a new cpap machine in August of 2019. I would call and be told the cpap representative would call me back. I would never get a return call. I have just now talked to a different representative and she could not find anything in my records as to why I didn’t get a new machine. She is bringing a new. Machine immediately. I hope this is true.

How are these charlatans in business? I have had no service, no supplies from them for NINE MONTHS. I cannot use any of my breathing apparatuses from these low life’s due to neglect by Lincare and they won’t come get them because they want to continue billing. They have over billed me and my insurance for every single thing possible. They are still billing even though I have had to purchase new equipment and supplies out of pocket at a cost of over $4,000 (that’s right...they have RUINED my insurance). I have turned them in for fraudulent billing practices and I guess my final resolve will be legal action. Beware of these lowlifes. I cannot imagine getting worse service from any DME.

Wow, I have never been treated so rudely!!! And this guy named Pete was very inappropriate. I just called to ask a question and whoever answered the phone could not answer my simple question. The “phone call dropped” on their end. Yeah, right. I called back and that guy Pete got on the phone and was yelling for no reason. I kept completely calm but I’m upset over how he talked to me for NO REASON whatsoever. I calmly tried to start over and he hung up on me!
DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! I will tell everybody I know. We don’t need this when a family member is sick. Absolutely unacceptable. BEWARE!
