My dogs love going to Lucy’s! The baths they give are first class. Staff is very friendly. They have great luxury suites for boarding. That is great because my Bulldogs love to be together in the same suite (with live video coverage). They have the best outdoor playground I’ve ever seen. Pick up and drop off always goes well, and there is a short wait before the Lucy’s team come out to be of service to help. Snoopy and Charlie Brown give Lucy’s baths 2 paws up!

Mary Royal has been grooming my Australian Labradoodle for 6 years! He loves her so much! When he hears her name he runs to the door ready to go jump on her table! He always looks fantastic and is so soft when she is done grooming him! The front desk staff are all very friendly and quick to address any issues! The scheduling team is really good at returning calls and working around my schedule! I don’t use the day care services but I haven’t seen any problems when I am there to drop off/pick up my dog.

I just want to give a special thank you for the unconditional love and care you give my dog Roo! You guys go above and beyond and accommodate to her needs due to her being deaf. Roo always comes home happy as can be from daycare and has truly blossomed with confidence since going to Lucy’s! We look forward to being a customer for many years to come!

They are the best for our dogs grooming. But was floored when we were informed of the massive price increase that we will be charged. So after many years of going to Lucy’s we are going to find another groomer that is in our budget. A shame.

I can’t say enough great things about this doggy daycare! Beanie and Sofi absolutely love it here. From the moment we walk in, the staff makes us feel so welcome, and I can tell they genuinely care for the dogs. They take the time to understand each dog’s personality and needs, ensuring Beanie and Sofi are always comfortable and happy. The facilities are clean, spacious, and filled with fun activities for the pups. I always leave with peace of mind, knowing my dogs are in great hands. My pup was only there for a grooming, but she was very happy and well taken care of. The staff were friendly and helpful. After visiting the facility and meeting the employees, I think the location would also be a good option for any doggy daycare needs.

I can’t say enough positive things about Lucy’s and the staff!
From the moment Joey brought in my baby boy, to the level of communication I received from Cassandra and Paxton, Crystal’s thoroughness while taking down my instructions, and Cierra’s steady stream of photos - Nothing can compare.
The staff and the facility made it so much easier for my husband and I to enjoy our wedding day without being worried about our Jojo boy and his happiness. They even let me bring his Squishmallow skins and administered his anti-anxiety medication - Even when he decided he was too good for peanut butter, they stuck it in some wet food and he ate it right up. They updated me as soon as I sent them a message or phoned about how he was doing, if he was eating, and just his general welfare.
Thank you to everyone at Lucy’s who took the weight off of our shoulders and gave us the ability to enjoy our wedding weekend together. 🤍
