Friendly people. The food was terrible…. Chewy chicken 0 flavor. In the cashew chicken. This was very disappointing. I added sauce and chili oil after tasting and its was still bad. Waste of money!! 14 dollars for 3pcs of chicken in the chicken teriyaki… they need to do better.

I went to dinner with my best friend, and my grandma happened to already be at the restaurant finishing her meal. She had her food boxed up and was just sitting and chatting with us while we ate.

When the check came, the waitress combined our table with my grandma’s—even though she was already done and we weren’t dining together. I asked for separate checks, and she said, “I can’t, you guys are together. If I separate them, I’m charging you $1 for each check.” Absolutely ridiculous.

Then I noticed an automatic 18% gratuity had been added because she claimed we were a “big party.” In reality, it was two of us dining. My grandma’s bill was separate (for three), but we weren’t together, didn’t order together, and didn’t even sit at the same table. When I questioned the extra $19 charge, she doubled down and said it was because we “came in as a big party.”

On top of that, my food portions were skimpy and the waitress barely checked on us—she only came over to drop off our plates and then again with the check. Between the poor service, tiny portions, the shady “big party” charge, and the threat of adding $1 per check, it felt like they were just looking for ways to take our money.

Never again. If you go, check your bill closely.

I was super impressed they could accommodate my order. The man at the counter was very nice and friendly. The food was good but, as others had said the meat was very skimpy. I ordered chicken and broccoli with brown sauce which came with maybe 10 thinly sliced pieces of chicken. Otherwise pretty decent. So my full order was two eggrolls, one order shrimp toast, order of chicken and broccoli and an order of orange chicken no vegetables and the total was a little over $35. I didn’t think it was bad. Food was pretty good.

We had never been here before. My husband placed an order online for pickup. It is well past the time that our food was suppose to be ready and our food is still being prepared. I’m not one to usually ask for a refund but it’s not even an option here even though they give you a time that your food should be ready and then they continue to add more and more time on when it will be ready. We will not be going back.
