I left my dog there for seven days while I was out of town. This was his second boarding stay there. When I picked my dog up he was a nervous wreck, had lost weight and was severely dehydrated. The same water and food I packed for him was returned to me. I requested that he be given a bath and he smelled like he had been in a barn somewhere. Nails were not clipped and grinded as requested. I informed the young lady about this and she took him back and returned in less than five minutes. I was truly unhappy at this point and just wanted to grab my dog and go home. While I was waiting for someone to come assist me at the front desk I was appauled at the language of one of the workers was using while grooming a dog. She told the dog to cut out his BS. I will never board my dog here again!!!! I paid almost $300 for this poor service. Pet owners beware!

Macon pet does such a great job with grooming Milli. She loves coming and hanging out with the staff. Give them a try. You will not be disappointed.

I take my Pomeranian to be groomed here about every 6 weeks. Everyone I’ve encountered here is amazing, kind and loves my dog. He’s happy and relaxed when I come to pick him up and I am always happy with their work. I highly recommend this business. I’m very grateful for their staff and expertise.

Please Be mindful of the attitude you use when approaching customers. Business is business and it makes no sense to be rude, loud ,and obnoxious to someone. Will never recommend this place to anyone.

Me and my husband decided to drive to Georgia for the weekend with our two labs. While fishing in our Airbnb our two labs decided to jumped in the lake…with that being said we wanted to take them to get groomed and taken care of. We were looking at places and I came across this lovely place. We called and prices were great! Affordable even. We took the drive over and was amazed with the Friendliness the staff gave. My dogs had bandannas on them which were soaked obviously but they took the time out of their day to wash them for us and put on new bandanas for them. I couldn’t be more thankful. Both of my pups came out great.

Love Lori and her staff! I’ve been driving from Perry to North Macon for 14 years because it’s worth the drive. When my pets are happy to go in the front door and to the grooming area, that tells me of the love and care taken each time. Lifetime customer!

They need to bleach , clean the place up it's not like on their website. They need much better customer servies skills. I didn't like it at . They take to long to groom dogs. They need to get organized and update on things just a little.

My Shepard goes there weekly. Very nice staff, owner very responsive... pup enjoys his time there!
