I am so grateful for Maidpro’s monthly service. With a busy schedule it is hard to take care of all the details when cleaning but their service helps me keep on top of things. Jasmyne did an exceptional job this week and I have been praising her to my family for the last two days.

Maidpro also has great communication reminding me of cleanings and letting me know when someone is on their way.

I can’t say that I am happy with the services I received from MaidPro. I didn’t get a call-ahead as agreed, communication was absolutely terrible. A toilet was left dirty, doors and baseboards were untouched, and I have to go back and scrub carpets myself when I fully expected to have a “move-out cleaning” as advertised. Extra workers were supposedly sent to the job two hours after it started to add up to the estimated 5 hours and when shown video of one worker packing up by herself at 3pm, they just can’t explain themselves. I hired them to meet a requirement of “professionally cleaned” but they didnt do anything I couldn’t have done myself, plus I had to spot treat a couple areas of carpet - since they just dont do that. These people are intentionally deceptive and dishonest, and I will not be doing business with them again and will not be referring anyone in the future. However, if you’re just lazy and want to have your place wiped down and nothing more, give them a call they will gladly take your money!!

Grace was fantastic. Her work was thorough and thoughtful, she took good care of my home. I had to leave for an urgent appointment and felt comfortable leaving her in my house while I was gone. MaidPro is so great and I am always pleased with the service!
