Top notch care. The staff was so nice. I locked my keys in my car, and while I was in with my dog, one of the ladies called Chevy to come help. I'm new to Malden, so it's nice to feel welcomed. Thank you.

I went here with my mom today to bring our dog "Coco" (10-10-24) for her annual yearly checkup/shots. The staff was very friendly and treated Coco good. They done a great job and it was not a long wait. They got us pretty much right in as soon as we got there. We took her to our local vet last year for her checkup/shots and I will not name the vet but we don't care about that vet. The vet lady was making up all kinds stuff of that was wrong with Coco. 1 of the things that she said last year was that her fur was too rough for being a young dog and etc. When we took her to the Malden Vet today that vet lady said that she is very healthy and said she has soft fur/skin. Coco acted much better at this vet today than she did at our local vet last year. I guess she can sense that they care about animals as to where I don't think the other vet lady does in my personal opinion and all she cares about is how much money she can get out of people. We have been here before with our previous dog "Maggie" and they always treated her good too. They have always been up front with my parents about the cost as to where our local vet was not honest. My grandma (my dad's mom) really liked this vet when she was alive. She quit taking her dogs also to our local vet because she didn't care about that vet lady either. As far as I know we will be taking Coco back here from now on.

Staff was friendly, they helped my best friend and beloved Family member, Spunky my Pug. They did tests and found what was wrong, prescribed medicine to help with what he is going through, they have done so his whole life, he is almost 10 now, so Thank you to all of them for their caring and compassion. Very much appreciated, how they got us right in without an appointment. Have always been there for us. Great people. If you have concerns about a pet- family member and friend, do not hesitate to reach out to them.

This was actually my second experience with Malden Veterinary Clinic.
My sister and I rescued a beautiful dog from our neighborhood. We were in need of a vet to spay her and address issues with her skin.
On her first visit she was given her shots, some medicine for her skin, and a spray appointment.
The day of her surgery she unfortunately had an issue that needed further treatment and an overnight stay. None of this was the fault of the clinic or Dr Janelle. It was from her prior bad owners.
She came home healthy and happy. She has done so well since seeing Dr Janelle and her staff.
We were so impressed by the care we were shown we both decided to switch all of our pets to the Malden clinic.
My puppy had his first visit with them this week. They discussed the situation with him and we agreed on a limit to our budget. She was very kind to us. She explained what she thought was the cause We were able to decide on a treatment plan for him and we came in way under budget!
We will be working on getting the rest of our animals in to see Dr Janelle.

I have 7 dogs and lots of cats also...some of my dogs have serious health issues due to their age. They have seen them through everything. I believe they are a part of the reason I've had them so long. Thank you Malden Vet Clinic.

We are visiting Malden and needed care for our Australian Shepherd, this vet office worked us into their schedule. They gave excellent care, friendly personalities and a great doc. I highly recommend. Thankful for their care.

Everyone was wonderful in the office!! They got me in on a Saturday as I was literally on my way to STL!! I'm glad my friend referred me there!!! I was needing a good vet, since I just moved here in the Bootheel. Thank you so much!!!!!
