Judith Leonard gave my daughter a very thorough examination, she asked specific questions to learn more about her symptoms and put it all together to a come up with an accurate diagnosis to help her feel better asap. I'll come back to this clinic mainly because of Judith, what a rare find, she's an excellent medical professional. Front desk help was polite and quick. Nurse was very friendly and compassionate.

Everyone was nice, it didn't take very long, but my issue is that the doctor asked very few questions, did little to confirm what I diagnosed myself, I basically paid $150 to have the doctor write a prescription that may or may not treat what I think I have. I felt like I knew more than the medical professional. Not good for instilling confidence and trust.

They really saved my evening. I woke up at 10 unable to hear at all out of my right ear. And I was attending a concert I had to leave for by 4. All the specialists were closed so I gave this place a shot after trying to flush it out myself. At 11:15 I booked a noon appointment. I got there 20 minutes early and they were able to flush my ear out, diagnose an ear infection and send me on my way in under 25 minutes total, including my time in the waiting room. Everyone was so friendly and good at their jobs. And most importantly, I got to fully enjoy the Stevie Wonder concert.

Dr. Fraser was super knowledgeable & caring & took his time to explain everything regarding my treatment & answered my questions. Also Maryssa was very nice & kind. Super grateful 🙏

Took my son in last week for flu symptoms and the NP had to remove ear wax to examine his ear drum. She used a clear device with a light to scrape out the wax. She said his ear canal was inflamed and prescribed antibiotic ear drops. I instilled 4 drops into my son’s ear at home and each time he flinched. He said the NP scraped his ear really hard and that the drops were stinging his ear. So we tried getting the drops out with a tissue and stopped using it. I brought him back today for worsening cough. This time I made sure it was with a pediatrician. I explained what happened last time and she said there’s bleeding in my son’s ear canal, but no mention of an outer ear infection. So the NP scraped my son’s ear canal so hard that it bled and then prescribed ear drops to be put onto an open wound which further traumatized my son. She shouldn’t be working with the pediatric population.

I’ve taken my daughter there a few times and grateful for the times that Dr V has helped her. She’s an excellent job pediatrician that gets it. She's patient, empathetic and takes her time to test all possibilities before diagnosis. I trust her and her process
