Day one after my procedure and reflecting on how great of an experience it was at Maxim Hair Restoration. Dr. Josh and team are amazing and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and worry-free during your time with them. Ive thought about getting a hair transplant for years but held myself back with my own nerves and fears of how the procedure would go. After yesterday, I have no idea why I waited. Procedure day was long, and a couple of needle pricks aren't the most comfortable, but there are lots of breaks and ability to get up and move around as needed. I get quite a bit of medical anxiety and felt at ease the whole time. I’m in the recovery phase now and feel confident knowing I can reach out to the team if anything comes up and I need additional support - will also have a follow up appointment in a few weeks. For anyone considering addressing their hair loss, I can not recommend Maxim Hair Restoration enough. It is so obvious to me that they care about each of their patients and care about providing them a new lease on life starting with better hair.

Had a great experience using Maxim Austin for my hair transplant. The staff were very helpful and honest during the consultation process. I didn’t feel like I was being sold on procedures and products that were not applicable to my situation and goals.

They also gave me lots of information for pre and post operation procedures while answering any questions I had throughout the entire process. After the procedure was done they took great care to follow up and make sure everything was ok and ensure the greatest possible chance for the results I wanted would be achieved. I recommend them to anyone.

For the cost of a procedure like this, I expected more attention to detail following the procedure monitoring recovery and health of the grafts. Also more time spent prior to the procedure discussing graft placements and priority of placements with me as a patient. I felt like there were some game-time decisions that could have been made before the day of the procedure that would have given me more time for consideration.

Results will of course vary from person to person, there are many variables at play with FUE, my results are alright. I expected much more given what I was told by the team during the sales consultations. I also expected more given the price tag of the procedure itself.

Awesome! I’ll save you hrs of research: I was nervous about numbing and 8hrs of treatment but Josh’s team was gentle (essentially painless shots) and Xanax made me relaxed and I slept through most of it. I had a quote somewhere else for 10k just for stem cells.. Maxim was under 13 for fue + stem, which is great considering it’s in town so no flight/hotel/foreign standards. Mane was a little cheaper but ultimately Maxim had the best looking results. 100% recommend, go buy some hats and sign up.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Joseph and working with his team. Joseph was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He even showed me his results from his team and I was impressed. I was informed I was in good hands and we discussed restoring my hairline and density so I could begin growing my hair out.

Upon arrival I was greeted by Aliyah followed up by Josh and Reshcelle. Upon speaking with Josh, he explained approx. 1400 grafts would be needed to achieve the results I was looking for. They were attentive to my needs and communicative throughout the process and went above and beyond making sure the healing process went as smooth as possible, even during after care. I am excited to see the final results of their work and pray I won’t need another transplant in my later years.

I am currently 4 weeks deep in the process of my ugly duckling phase and will update my review accordingly in the future.

anyone contemplating getting a hair transplant should definitely consider coming here. the entire experience has been nothing short of professional and reassuring. it’s normal to be nervous before any procedure, but rest assured that the entire team will answer any and all questions, before, during, and post op. i’m so glad that i made this decision and i can’t wait to see the progression of my results 4, 6, 12 months from now. from the bottom of my heart i wanna say thank you to everyone
