This keeps happening where I order happy meals and I don’t get the chicken nuggets this time instead of none or the 6 I ordered I got 2 😑 thought since the containers were in there they new how to atleast count! Stop hiring little kids.

Had to pull up in drive thru, ordered nuggets, checked the bag because I never get my sauce and no sauce!I go in and the lady working gave me 3 for a 20 piece and said they are in the bag they go in 1st, ok I get home no sauce in the bag and the nuggets look like they are about a week old and are hard, this McDonald's used to be good but has went way downhill! The picture doesn't do it justice on how they look.

Clean restraint but the workers have an attitude problem, and they have rarely given me the right order. Always something missing or messed up. A good example of this is how I ordered three mcchickens and got two without a chicken patty, I checked to make sure I didn't mess up my order in the app. Seriously don't waste your money, just make the drive to the Ontario location. I'd give a 0 if possible

This place is trash. Manger will tell you their time stickers are a suggestion and will serve pies that are 6 plus hours old. Food is never made correct and they won’t fix anything. Never got a full container of fries there. Keep trying to support a small town place but it’s alway TRASH. Old food soda always flat. Enough is enough

My standards for McDonald’s are pretty low in general but this one if absolutely awful. It’s not uncommon to be missing something or it’s made wrong altogether. Most employees have a bad attitude, a couple girls at the windows are particularly terrible. Addressing any problems you have with your order is met with eye rolls and nasty tone. We’ve gotten gypped on fries before but this is by far the worst, not even halfway on a large. It’s a shame because there’s no other fast food in town but we’ll be sure to avoid any McDonald’s in the area because most are owned by the same family and it’s apparent they aren’t interested in fixing because it’s been like this for years. The pictures are my fries straight out of the bag, it’s not like they were filled and then settled, they just weren’t even filled halfway.

Worst McDonald’s around food 8 times out of 10 is old and they always give half full old fires, not even half full mac sauce that you pay for. And they are always messing orders up. They have one good male manager and that’s it.
