Saw Margarita for the 1st visit, she ordered test and was so kind. The test came back and I had concerns that she just seemed to brush off. Went today for my 2nd visit with Makonnen, he brushed me off as well. He kept repeating the same things and asked repeatedly how they could help. I explained I’m not completely comfortable with the results and he said “I'm going based on the reports so from a medical standpoint you’re fine” and told me to get a second opinion at a big hospital like Hopkins. But they will tell me the same thing. Then asked me to sit on the table for a physical exam…no! Why would I if you just told me to go to a different practice I will NEVER come back or refer ANYONE to this practice EVER! As a patient voicing their concerns and a doctor repeating the same thing with no alternative test or plan this is insane! It was a waste of time and breath. Side note: The MA’s and front desk were amazing and kind.

My appointment got cancelled 2 hours before my scheduled time because the provider wasn’t available. I took off work for the appointment. Complete waste of day.

Saw the provider a week later. She was unaware she changed my prescription dosage. Why wasn’t it notated in my patient file when she changed the prescription dosage more than 6 months ago?
