Store is ok, as long as you understand up front that you're only going to get your rebate check half of the time. I mail mine in the same day and get an in store credit voucher only half of the time.
11% rebate on all purchases is really just half of that when half your vouchers never arrive.

We purchased these geraniums on May 23rd for my mother. The photo on the left is from that day, the photo on the right is yesterday...Nov. 3rd! They are still blooming and beautiful! We are so pleased and wanted Menards to know how much beauty and joy they have given her! Thank you!

Always get a warm greeting from an employee (Sully), and their paint department is fantastic (Brenda and Logan). And if Kurt is working, he is always willing to help me,even when I have 100 different questions. Great store!

My rating is based only on their “Craft Wood” section. I laser cut and engrave wood for projects for myself and for sale and will say Menards Craft Wood is the worst wood I’ve ever used. You can get cheaper and better wood for crafts off amazon. This isn’t real wood it’s sawdust that’s glued together in the middle to make wood and it’s terrible for my type of crafts. I will never buy craft wood from Menards again, it’s probably better to buy full sheets of wood at Menards if you’re into crafts, stay away from the craft wood section.

I asked the customer service to in the pick up area for help. She didn't hear me at first because she had her ear buds in. Then acted like I was an inconvenience for her when I asked for help. The lumber attendant was put out when I asked him for the product I purchased because it wasn't on the right spot. What happened to customer service

This store location is always clean and tidy. Employees are helpful and kind when I’ve needed assistance. Menards has a wide array of products in the store. The food aisles sometimes have things you can’t find other places. Buying building supplies is a breeze here. There are always sales and rebates happening too.
