What a phenomenal experience. Took my two dogs to Midtown and was so pleasantly surprised at how good their service was that I felt compelled to leave this review. Just fantastic across the board. Easy the get an appointment although they are booked out for 2-3 weeks. Easy to exchange shot records. Great communication and appointment reminders. Most importantly, smiling, happy wonderful people that clearly genuinely care about my dogs and the service they provide. I am a low maintenance dog owner…pretty much always have my dogs shaved for comfort. The groomer went out of their way to confirm details that quite frankly I didn’t even know were options. Cash and June are super happy. This is a great local business that deserves support. Thank you Midtown!

The team at Midtown is incredible. They are kind, courteous, helpful, accommodating, and above all else and most importantly people who I trust my most treasured family member (my dog). Each member of the team cares deeply for all of the clients that they look after and are passionate about providing the little creatures we call our friends a safe and fun environment while we are apart. I love Midtown Groom & Board, they’re so good to my pup! She’s an introvert who is very people focused and doesn’t like loud noises, so it’s challenging finding a daycare & boarding place she won’t hate, but she genuinely gets excited pulling up here!
Everything has always gone smoothly boarding with them, they obviously take very good care of the pups.

This is the only place I trust with my pups! I’m never hesitant to board them when I need because they always come back happy and tired out. Midtown always provides photos and videos too, which gives me such peace to see them having fun. I just got my dog groomed there and I’m beyond impressed. My dog isn’t the easiest to groom because she’s so wiggly and hyper, but they were extremely careful and accommodating!

The cute little photoshoots are a huge plus too!

We took our pup sage here for three days when in Austin for a work conference. She LOVED it and has so much fun playing with all the pups. Highly recommend it was easy to sign her up and the staff was so helpful and friendly.

We frequently take our dog, Hamilton, to Midtown Groom & Board, especially for daycare. They are friendly and attentive. I especially love getting feedback at the end of the day on who he played with and how he interacted with the team. Hami loves Midtown!

Brought my sheepadoodle for a evaluation day since we planned to board her at this location for the 4th of July. I picked her up and the girl at the front desk mentioned she was a bit dirty but once I saw her she was absolutely filthy. It was until I took her a bath that I realized her paws pads were burnt from playing at the daycare. The next few days she was in such discomfort she could barely walk. A free evaluation day ended up costing me $250+ vet visit. We’ve been to multiple daycare locations including the sister location of this place and have not run into this issue until now. I warn anyone who tries to do daycare or boarding at this location as their overestimating competence shows that they obviously don’t keep close attention to the dogs people leave in their care.
