In the past 7 years we have a wonderful experience with Mille Lacs Vet Milaca clinic. But last week our we had an absolute nightmare of a visit. They quoted us one price on a visit for a dog and then when my husband brought our dog in they told him that she needed a bunch of other services and medications. They ended up charging us an extra $100 in fees. When we asked about the charges afterwards they couldn’t keep their stories straight from the explanation they gave my husband and me in separate conversations. We will not ever go back! I hope no one else gets over charged for services that they can’t afford or want for their pet.

We had a great experience at the new Milaca haul in clinic our horses had their teeth floated and King ended up needing an extraction due to an abscess. Dr Nord and his assistant were wonderful to us and our Equines! Thanks to the entire staff for your exceptional care.

Having a sick 4 legged fur baby and trying to find someone to see our dog after reaching out to our regular vet with no success, this clinic was able to get us in the same day. The vet tech was amazing and patient with us as concerned dog parents. Then Dr Sara J-S took the time to explain what was possibly going on with Maycee and gave us her thoughts and suggestions on tests to do. They showed compassion and concern and we so appreciate all they did for our dog. Thank you!

Amazing! I have three cats and they take very good care of them here with affordable pricing. I called the other day as my cat was acting off and they allowed me to drop him off for the day and they would check him when they had time. 2 days on the antibiotics they gave and he’s so so so much better. Would give 20 stars if I could. 😊 bonus pic of said feline

They are the absolute worst .. All I needed was antibiotics for my dogs infected ear that is swollen shut .. They lied at first and said, they don't carry those meds anymore 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️and he has to been seen again to get another prescription.. I'm like I can't afford $200 to bring him in and all he needs is antibiotics or he'll probably go deaf.. I got the response , idk what to tell u take him somewhere else . How sad . Its all about the money to them, instead of actually caring for the animals .. I even said that to them !!! They are rude N dismissive.. One of the worst vets I've ever encountered

If I could give negative stars I would!
VERY RUDE STAFF!!! This vet DOES NOT care about animals. They don’t care about anything but the money! Deceptive practices and all out predatory. Just want to get as much money out of you as possible!
Absolute worst vet I’ve ever encountered 😞
