Employees are incompetent and rude. They seem to have big feelings and very strong opinions for people who call about roaming strays. The county needs to clean the place up and hire new people that actually have professionalism and the ability to handle the job, instead of keeping the burnt out unprofessional smart mouthed women working there.

There are SOOO many dogs roaming free in the area where we moved to last year. We have called numerous times regarding pit mix dogs and other dogs running around and all in our neighborhood. But apparently, animal control in this town are NOT working to do their jobs. This dog posted was running in the neighborhood when there were kids out side and the dog ran up towards the children and they jumped on the nearest vehicle. Now, with so many children getting attacked my dogs, if one of these animals attack my child, I will file a lawsuit against this company for not wanting to do their jobs. This is ridiculous!!!!

The employees at this shelter are some of the most inept, unqualified people I have ever delt with. They get annoyed if you call them more than once about an aggressive dog that is biting people. The attitude from them is basically don't bother us. I found several times that they wouldn't even return calls from me or my neighbors about two aggressive dogs that are biting people. Good luck, you have to take matters into your own hands, because the employees at this shelter are too busy doing nothing to help taxpayers.

My daughter and I visited your facility to adopt our first kitten together. The staff member here was so kind and helpful in answering our questions. She allowed us to visit with 4 kittens to see how they play and interact together. We adopted our sweet Penelope. We were very impressed by the cleanliness of the facility and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you guys for all your help.

I am heart broken! This little dog took up at my house last week. Trying to do the right thing, I took her to animal control so that her owner could possibly claim her. That was on Monday at lunch. I called Animal Control yesterday afternoon to check on her and to let them know that I would like to adopt her if no one claimed her. They said they put her in the fence and she got out. Just gone.. It was just so upsetting. If she has the collar own that I put on her before I took her it's a new red black and white Animal Planet collar. And possibly she is in the area of animal control on Highway 441. Thank you

Had a stray kitten that turned up at my house. Saw him/her the morning I was headed out to work. Thought maybe he/she would've found the mom but was still at my house when i hot home from work. He/ she maybe about 3 to 4 weeks old. Called animal control and Melanie came right out and got him/her. Just didn't want anything to happen to him/her cause its so hot. I'm so grateful for Brittany's help with the intake of 3 stray cats in my area. I didn't know what I was going to do and she loaned me the traps and I was successful in rescuing all 3. Thank you Brittany for all you did to help me.

I called to report a sound of a distressed animal behind our home in an area not accessible by me and they said it's possibly an a animal caught in a trap,we'll try and get someone out there tomorrow morning. Really?
