I have a 12 year old standard schnauzer (Emma) I know when Emma likes or doesn’t like a place or person (especially vets and groomers). She loves Mosa, knows they make her look great, and flaunts it for many days after the grooming.

In terms of the customer service, Emma has been their client for several years. Because of a congenital heart condition, Emma could not be under anesthesia to spay. She comes into heat twice a year. I can predict when it comes. But even when I gamble and contact Mosa a week before the scheduled grooming, they are always kind and accommodating to get Emma back on the schedule. I really like the staff, their grooming talents and skills. I trust everyone at Mosa 100% with my baby girl.

And ps. to Mosa: I will do much better predicting her heat. I promise. I know what months are a problem and I commit to scheduling accordingly. pinky swear.

Mosa is fantastic for working with doodles! They know the different coat types, and the styles that best complement them. I see that they often host continuing education for their groomers and the groomers in the community, and it shows. The quality of their work is telling.

This is quite honestly the rudest business I have ever dealt with in my entire life.

I had an appointment to get my cat groomed and woke up at 6 am with body aches and 101degree fever. Knowing that I had a 2 pm appointment I called before they opened and left a voicemail letting them know that I was sick and would need to reschedule. Later in the day instead of a phone call back saying, "We're sorry you're sick, when's a good time to reschedule?" I instead received an email invoice for a $97.50!

I called and spoke to several people including the manager, and not one showed an ounce of compassion, kindness or care. Instead they claimed they "had to pay their groomer" although I had given them many hours notice to fill the slot with another pet. They also repeated that "it's in their policy" which it is, but common decency would indicate that if someone is sick you could be less rigid with one's policy.

Maybe this is old school since I moved to Raleigh in 1991, but I still choose to do business with good people who value their clients (I was a return client). This is just not how you treat your customers- or anyone for that matter.

Love this place! I’ve taken my dogs to several groomers and hands down, Mosa is the best! I know my two pups are in great hands when they come here. Plus, I love that they focus on one dog at a time and they don’t end up spending all day at the groomer. Thank you Mosa, you guys are awesome!!

We took our standard poodle who is 3 1/2 years old to Mosa on Saturday. It was our first time going to Mosa but the family we got our dog from has been taking him there for quite some time. It's our first experience with any groomer and we were very happy, our dog came out looking fresh and smelled amazing. They were done with him quickly.
We took his hair down to a short style and he did get nicked by the clippers. No big deal, it happens, was very happy with how Mosa gave us tips on how to care for it if it started bleeding again. They also made us aware that our dog had some discharge in his ears and to keep an eye on it to make sure it didn't progress into an ear infection.
I feel that they truly care for the pets they groom and treat them like family. Highly recommend them! Have attached pics of his before and after.

Harmony does a fantastic work! My pup, Sunny, had patches and dull coat but even after one appointment, her coat was brought back! Love it here!!!

The whole Mosa crew always takes good care of my dogs while I am on vacation. They can be difficult and I always appreciate the love and care that they take with them!
