If you are in need of healthcare, I would suggest you go elsewhere, because this is the most abysmal clinic that I’ve ever been to. I went to this clinic for over a year, and was under the care of Dr. Saunders, I originally went there due to severe pain in my hip, I could barely walk, and it needed immediate attention. Dr. Saunders suggested I get some x-rays, a perfectly normal tac to take. Then I asked her if she could prescribe a pain killer for me so I could at least regain some of my mobility, and that is when her attitude and demeanor changed completely. She became suspicious and started treating me as if I was a drug addict, it was quite insulting, and I was completely taken aback. I have lived in many places in this world, and have been under the care of many different types of healthcare systems, some in third world countries, and I have never received the type of inadequate care that this clinic doles out. Over the course of this year I had to follow up on every referral, waited a month or longer for an appointment, and they are still screwing things up for me. I am not one to write reviews, but people need to be made aware of the kind of care they can expect to receive in this clinic.

I admit that before I was sent to a county health center I was concerned that it might be kind of sketchy and the care sub-par. Let me tell you Multnomah County knows how to deliver health care! Everything is equal or better than my previous hmo/pop's. And everyone who works there provides excellent service and seems to really care. Now they have online check in for appointments that is a real timesaver.

I visited the dental clinic. I felt like the hygienist didn't have a clue as to what she was doing. It took her about 15 times to take 1 good e-xray of my tooth, no exaggerating. The dentist was rude & I felt like he was "talking down" to me as if I was stupid or a child. After waiting about 45 mins to be seen- they did absolutely nothing for me except the e, X-rays. I was told I would be referred to an oral surgeon & would be contacted by that Friday (it was Wed.) to set the appt. That was 2 weeks ago & I still no phone call

I’ve been coming here for years. I always appreciate how respectful they are. I feel like I will be heard if I speak up about something. I appreciate that an assistant is in the room while the Dr. does exams. This really helped ease my anxiety. Friendly staff. Although they definitely need to hire more mental health providers. It’s very challenging to get an appointment with my provider when I need one.

Very kind staff! Knowledgeable and they will always make sure the cost of care is affordable.
However, like all clinics, it takes a while to get an appointment. They do their best, but there are so many patients that need to be seen
