Thank goodness for the hard working people at the animal shelter. They were extremely helpful and kind when I found a wonderful dog to adopt. I would never think about buying a dog when so many great dogs are available. I’ve loved each and everyone of them.

I'm surprised at all the negative reviews. I phoned first and then went over the girls at the desk were so very helpful. Ended up with the sweetest cat she has just been a wonderful addition to our family!

Frustrating that there’s always someone there but never anyone that can help with adopting. Should really update business hours to when someone is there and able to help. Why have any employees there if they’re not gonna help find animals homes? Was really hoping to see employees that are passionate about what they do but only saw someone that seemed annoyed to have to speak to me. Should really consider hiring some employees that are passionate about animals.

Would be nice if they would actually fix their female dogs when you adopt them especially if you tell them you have males running around, then instead of trying to make a compromise they want to add to the dogs that are homeless and strays, sad

No after hours contact info, had an aggressive dog jump into my fenced yard and was trying to kill my dogs. Fortunately I broke it up and ran the dog off before serious injuries. But it would be nice if there was after hours support

Our Husky was missing and when my wife went to the shelter to look for her she found another Husky. Copper was written up to be a trouble dog with all sorts of issues. Against what was written up about her behavior we were allowed to adopt her and bring her into our pack of dogs. One of her issues was not getting along with other dogs. Well we havent seen any hint of that in her. We've since adopted two other Huskies, after finding our original lost dog, and they all get along greatly. If you see a Husky running loose and can't get in touch with Aninal Co trolls please call Husky Halfway House ain't Eufaula to come and get them.
