My cat got very sick, very fast. I called them after another vet couldn’t get us in but suggested them. Whenever we got there, the vet was very straight forward and told us he could do these things but they were unlikely to work, and we would spend a fortune on her. He gave us time to think about what we wanted to do, and we decided to just bring her home for the time-being but he suggested a depo shot and showed us how to give her fluids at home and suggested we give her baby food to eat. This was only yesterday, but she’s showing improvements. The staff was very polite and straight-forward about the best way to go about this situation. I would 10/10 recommend this vet. The vet is on his A game, along with his staff. We appreciate them so much!

The first time I took my puppy here, they got her in quickly when no one else in town could. They treated Midge (my puppy) with compassion and respected her boundaries. They thoroughly explained their reasonings and explanations for things. After taking her here a second time for a semi emergency and receiving the same quality treatment a second time, I made them my regular vet for both her and my cat, Anya. Everyone is kind and respectful and as educative as possible and I couldn’t ask for more from a vet’s office

Getting an appointment is easy. When my cat had a UTI, they got her in the next day. The staff is friendly and the vets work well with the animals. My cats love going to see them.

They were so sweet. Treated me like I'd been going there for yrs 1st time emergency walk in with my Mister Bubbles. Doc way very kind on the eyes too hehehe. My dog is my 4legged baby bot too.

So we had an issue with our cat food with them they weren’t getting it in for weeks so we had to buy a bag food that our cats did not like so we were told we because of the situation we were told to go pick up a bag up from another vet and they would pay for that bag for the trouble of not getting us our food for weeks. Well fast forward to the end of the month and now we’re being told we have to pay for the bag we were told we wouldn’t be charge for. Not the biggest deal in the world but when the office lady is rude and has no remorse about the situation like she’s the owner of the clinic, it kinda rubs you the wrong way. You’d thought she paid for the bag of food from her paycheck. Would love to talk to the owner of the clinic to have a civil conversation with. I have no say in how well they treat animals but their customer service is poor.

We had an injury that wasn’t emergency but needed to be seen within a couple days. They were able to get us in quickly and were very respectful of our dog and his comfort level. They showed amazing understanding of dog behavior and approach the pet slowly and handle them only as much as the pet shows tolerance for. I highly recommend this vet!!
