We love Mutty Paws! We’ve taken our dog a few times now and it has always been a great experience. Their drop-off and pickup windows are so convenient, we get to see our dog play on camera, and they also offer services like nail trimmings and had that done before we picked her up. Highly recommend!

Stryker loves his daycare play days at Mutty Paws in Bogart, and I cannot say enough about the level of customer service, attentiveness, and genuine care the staff gives to my fur baby and myself when I drop him off. They have gone above and beyond to make me feel Stryker is well taken care of. My 1-year-old cockapoo is partially blind and deaf, so finding grooming and boarding that understands his special needs has been a real challenge—until I found Mutty Paws in Bogart. From the moment we started coming here, I knew we had found the right place. For the first time ever, my dog is excited to hop out of the car for grooming, and when I pick him up, he’s relaxed and happy.

At other places, I used to see him anxious and uneasy after appointments, but now he seems almost sad to leave his new friends at Mutty Paws. The staff is incredibly welcoming and treats my dog like he’s their own. I have complete peace of mind when I drop him off, knowing he’s in caring and capable hands.

Every interaction I’ve had with the owners and staff has been kind and personal. After trying several places around Athens, I can honestly say Mutty Paws stands out—they truly care about both me and my dog, and it shows.

I'm really upset with my experience with grooming services at Mutty Paws. I was excited to take her here because several of my friends take their dogs to the daycare. When I picked up my dog, she had diarrhea all over her legs and feet. No one told me she had multiple accidents while there, which is concerning, especially since my dog is epileptic. When I called to find out what happened they said they didn’t want to bother washing her off again to avoid stressing her out, however, I still expect to be informed if there's an issue, especially when it comes to her health. This lack of communication and care is disappointing, and I won't be returning. I'd recommend looking elsewhere if you want a groomer who takes your pets wellbeing seriously.

The staff is friendly, the facilities are spotless, and my dog is always in a cheerful and relaxed mood when I come to retrieve her (though certainly happy to come home!)
